Tyler was the first person I ever received lash services from (both extensions & a lift). She was super gentle, thorough, and knowledgeable about what she does. Her workspace is very clean (a common issue I see with other techs), safe, and comfortable. I've been to several other lash techs and my real lashes always fell out, nobody has compared to her at all. This was my first time going here. She was very kind and professional. Before the session started, I verified the lashes I wanted and we even referenced to the tech's lashes to confirm wispy. I ended up leaving with d curls and something I was dreading. She said the curl would open up in few days. This was for my birthday weekend. I even confirmed after with the picture I used from her own Instagram page and was told the girl in the photo had different eyes then me. Made no sense at all respectfully. I even sensed constant attitude from her end when communicating on my issue. I asked how we can proceed if I wanted to fix them, with options of a new set or refill option. She was willing to fix it again for $140.00 on a new set and additional $30 for removal. Worst customer service ever. Never going here again. I took a lash lift class & I honestly loved every part of it! Tyler helped me understand the concepts of what a lash lift is, & every little detail that comes with learning it! Her explanations was very detailed & also showed me videos on how to do it. As a visual person, this helped me understand it better! Okay where do I even start? Tyler is not only an amazing lash tech, but a beautiful person inside and out. I walk out of every appointment feeling so confident and beautiful. She makes you feel so comfortable. She follows Covid safety protocols and procedures. I love that she goes with the vibe of the client, there are some days when I come in well rested and will talk her ear off, but other days I come in exhausted and just need to take a nap while she does my lashes, and she goes with the flow and the vibe.
