I have been using this joke of a company since 2018 when I purchased a swamp cooler from them for my rental property. Twice per year since the purchase of the swamp cooler I have hired them to maintain the unit and for the past 5 years they have literally done nothing and only charged me for "tune ups" and "maintenance"!! I have attached images of the original invoice for the swamp cooler purchase, maintenance invoices and current pictures of the state of the unit. The only reason I found out about the condition of the unit is because this joke of a company started charging more (can you believe they don't do anything and they are still raising their prices?) so I hired a Artic Air 661-945-8822 located in Lancaster to come out and tune up the unit instead. Only to find out Climate Heating & Cooling have never once touched the swamp cooler and only charged me. I have attached photos of the current state of the swamp cooler.
