BEST COMPUTER SERVICE IN MY OPINION!…read more I first found this service on Craigslist as I had picked up the nasty Vista Virus. This review for them is long overdue, because since then not only have I taken my computer back for additional tuneups and virus removals, but I have recently purchased a used business notebook and got a steal on it! Abraham is the shop owner and I respect this business owner because he is willing to evaluate his profits and make small concesions to seal the deal. If you often do social media, the chances of getting a virus is likely. If your puter is sputtering I STRONGLY recommend this business. Ethical and AFFORDABLE!!

Yes, 5 stars. I'm…read morewith Pauline - Apple has really gotten under my skin. I love the iMac, too bad I have to deal with Apple to get one. The reason for 5 stars is honesty. I expect to be jerked around. It seems to be common. It is refreshing to run into someone who runs an honest business. My spouse's laptop is working fine for a reasonable price. Without going into a long diatribe, I'll simply say, the repair I had hoped for would have cost me a ton of money if what Apple had told me was true. The problem was identified and it was a mutual conclusion that the cost of repair was more than it was worth. In the long run, buying a new one would be the better avenue. There was much going into identifying the problem. The bill was more than reasonable. I have to say the lesson was worth the expense. Ehab was a delight to deal with. Be honest with him and he'll be honest with you. Simple really. A blast from the past - good customer service without phony corporate speak. His shop doesn't have the sparkle and hype that the Apple store has. It does have straight talk and excellent service. If the service is more important than the bling, give A+ PC a go.

Great experience with Macro Geeks Tech! I had already gotten my PC diagnosed elsewhere and knew…read morethat I needed my hard drive and power supply replaced. I brought the computer here for the installation, explained what was going on, and they did a quick check before taking care of everything for me. The turnaround time was excellent. I dropped my PC off only about an hour or two before closing, and they had the work completed and my computer ready for me the very next morning! I also had them clean the PC while they were working on it, and they did an excellent job. Everything was handled professionally and the quality of the work was great. Special shoutout to Dependra (Dee), who personally helped me throughout the process and answered my questions. I was a little nervous at first about leaving my PC somewhere new, but I quickly realized it was in good hands. Very professional, high-quality work, great turnaround time, and great customer service. If you need computer repair or installation work, definitely give Macro Geeks Tech a holler. He told us the repair would take 3-4 days, but it ended up dragging on for weeks with multiple delays. Eventually, he shipped the computer back to me without my permission, and it arrived with the stand broken and the fan still unfixed. He said he would come fix it once the new fan came in, but after waiting over a month with no resolution, I finally gave up and ordered the fan and a new stand myself and had someone else complete the repairs. The whole process was unnecessarily drawn out, and I ended up having to spend more time and money to get things done right. I would not recommend.
