I paid $9 for each drink and asked for ice on the side, but both cups came noticeably underfilled. Even with ice put in, these would likely only be about 70% full. When I asked about it, I was told it is due to their "formula" and that they do not fill the cup fully. I understand having a set recipe, but the portion should still reasonably fill the cup, especially for the price. They ended up filling it up with tea and were nice when I asked, but this needs to be adjusted as I see this complaint is frequent in other reviews. Had a great time at the grand opening of Tram Coffee on 2/21/26. Waited in line for 30 minutes; got there bright and early and there was already a line when we pulled in. We love a good drive through moment and another new cafe in the valley! First time trying Tram Cream Coffee using the drive through and decided to order their matcha latte with salted cream. Cream is pretty thickkk, which I like. Took barely any time to order, but expect a bit of a wait ~10 minutes. I'm not sure if their salted cream just tastes funny or their matcha latte is plain / earthy, but I wasn't a huge fan of my drink --- especially at $8! Salted cream had this weird aftertaste, but at least their matcha was solid. I found that the egg cream was delicious though. I'd like to come back and try their signature Viet coffee items! Maybe I'd have a better ~sipping~ experience considering that their menu is quite extensive. read more

Tram is serving up some DELICIOUS drinks. This new Stockton location is a bright blue building and you can order inside or go through the drive through. I opted to park and head in so I could see the space and it has the familiar vibe I associate with the Elk Grove location. They were busy when I stopped in and I ended up ordering on the kiosk, it was a bit confusing because while I was ready to order the "standard" version of drinks some of them needed me to select options to be able to add it to my order at all. Since this was only my second time visiting a location I probably should have waited to talk to a human so I could get their recommendations on drinks and customizations. That being said, even though I made some random decisions on sizing and sweetness levels, all the drinks were great. You'll want to stir everything well and let the ice melt a bit because they are STRONG. I love strong Vietnamese coffee so exploring the menu has been so fun. I still need to try some of their other drinks, but I did order cookies this time and they were also delicious. We got the S'mores and Oreo one and were split on which one we liked better. If you're dining in they have plenty of seating. When I visited there were families, couples, and friends all hanging out. I'll definitely be stopping by again to try more off the menu. read more

Singled out in its own plaza next to a Dutch Bros and Starbucks, so competition is a bit tough with main stream names nearby. Product: salt cream Vietnamese coffee (no jelly). Large. Pretty packed with ice and light with condensed milk and decent on the sea salt. It's pretty strong so satisfied for my caffeine fix but you have to thoroughly mix if you're not into straight coffee taste. For~ $10 for a single large drink the serving size didn't do it for me so steep for pricing BUT... again It def fixed my caffeine crave. Setting: it's relatively small but plentiful in seating areas. It was beautiful in ambience and interior design. Customer service: wasn't greeted at the front and nobody at the register at the time so I used self tablet. Drink came out in a minute or two. With a callout of my name I grabbed the drink and sent with a "have a good day" I definitely like my smaller name business and love to support them. I'll give it more chances because I love Asian inspired eats with matcha and other drinks but price is a bit high. I was so excited to hear about Tram Coffee opening especially since it's so close to my home!! While it's not in the best area (definitely be mindful of your surroundings), the convenience alone makes it a win for me. They have a drive-thru, which I love and the inside is absolutely beautiful! It's super aesthetic with gorgeous decor. The staff has also been very friendly every time I've gone!! It's been busy every single visit (I've been three times in the span of two weeks) which says a lot lol. If you're going in the morning before work, I'd definitely recommend giving yourself extra time. I've waited anywhere from 20-30 minutes for my order, but honestly it's understandable given how packed they are. Their soft opening hours are 9am-3pm as of now. I tried the sesame cream coffee and I am OBSESSED!!! My only complaint is that I wish they offered a larger size for it. I've also tried the VIP coffee, which was good but probably not something I'd order again. I can't wait to try more items on the menu. They don't have food available yet but I'm waiting til the day they release food!! I bet it will be so tasty. If you love strong Vietnamese coffee, this place is absolutely for you. This place is awesome, drink selection is great. This is my 2nd time here. My first time I got the Vietnamese Iced Black coffee and it was exactly what I wanted rich deep roasted flavor. This time I decided to treat myself to the coconut coffee 25% sweet and it was 10/10. I will be trying the food next time. Just a heads up these drinks are on the sweeter end just by nature of the style, so if u don't want to too sweet I would never go over 25%. I will be returning many times :) read more

Currently soft opening from January 19-January 25, 2026, but no promotion on anything in the store and no notice about a grand opening promotion in the future. NO FOOD YET, coming soon it says. It's so nice inside, decorated really nicely, clean and there's also outdoor seating! Ordered the Salted Cream Coffee which has phin-filtered coffee, milk, condensed milk, and tram's salted cream. This was $6.75 for a small and $9 for a large. I did no modifications because I wanted to taste it as is. It's really authentic, lots of ice and lots of condensed milk at the bottom. That's how Vietnamese coffee is! The salted cream was literally perfect, I have no notes. I don't remember if you can choose the sweetness since I ordered on the kiosk and didn't want to make any adjustments so I just swiped all the way down to add to cart. Regardless, I would do less sweet next time if possible (just a personal thing). There are 8 wall outlets total. Each of the three booths has its own outlet. There's another outlet by the high-top bar area in the back, plus two outlets near the largest table toward the rear. There are two additional outlets that run along the wall opposite the booths. Studying here is definitely doable, but keep in mind the music can be fairly loud. Coming back to try their food and will update review. Very unique that it has a drive through! Just to be clear I was not trying to be cheap or do the no ice hack to get two drinks out of one. I legitimately needed the ice on the side because the drink was for later. To my surprise my $9 drink turns out to be 70% ice. I was very disappointed when I got a drink handed to me in a paper bag just to find it was not even half way full. I did not expect a full cup of tea but honestly think about the coast to fill it a little over half at least. The amount of ice is pretty excessive for almost $10. I enjoyed Tram Cream Coffee, they are offering unique flavor combinations that most coffee shops don't offer in the area. You may be able to get a regular Vietnamese coffee or Asian-inspired milk teas, but I appreciate that they are bringing something new to the table. I tried their Tiramasu latte and it was delicious, I do think I would order it 50 or 75% sweet next time though. I don't mind that the drink itself is very full of ice like others have complained about. It is honestly a little pricier than other chain coffee shops (although I'd still rather support a local chain than big coffee). The service was good in the drive-thru. The only caveat that I found disappointing was that you can't order some drinks in the drive-thru. I understand that good things take time, but it would be nice if it could be trouble-shooted so that blended drinks such as the Matchahaya were available. It should be posted more clearly so customers know it isn't available. Overall, I want to come back to try other drinks, but want to go inside to get a better sense of the ambiance and what other drinks they have to offer. read more

Their coffee doesn't play. I ordered their white bear and their avocado smoothie. I drank half half of the bear, and was still jittery a few hours later. Their drinks are good, but some can be sweet. I've tried their Sacramento location before and I know to get my drink more sweet as their Vietnamese coffees are on the stronger side. This location is close by which I liked and the inside was very clean and open. We got our drinks very quickly, even though there were a lot of people inside and I saw the drive-through moving quickly as well. I like how you can either order with someone or order on the kiosk, which is very convenient I like the kiosk when I want to look through the menu more. The only thing I will say is there's way too much ice in the drinks making it a little upsetting that I paid $8 for something that was almost full of ice. Second time coming in and it's just as amazing as the first time. Staff was extra busy this afternoon so I ordered at the kiosk this time around. Kiosk was very computer friendly with great pictures of drinks and snack menu. Food menu still coming soon! Can't wait! I got 2 different drinks this time around, on top of the 2 other matcha drinks. This won't be the last time, I have so many more drinks to try. Every drink so far is delicious. The matcha cookie was exquisite. I will definitely come back to try the Ube cookie. Since it's my first time at this place, I went through drive-thru and the menu has no options of food - only drinks. Luckily there's a path that l can exit out. So I decided to go inside. Overall: 3.5 This was my first time trying Tram Cream Coffee! I got the Creamy Hanoi with light egg custard. Service was smooth, especially with the busy lines throughout the lunch rush. My drink was a little underwhelming and I was expecting a little more drink to mix in with the custard. I got the matcha latte with egg cream, really high quality drink, my only gripe is the large amount of ice they put in. I got a small and my drink was about 60% ice, a lot of the cream got stuck to the ice unfortunately. Egg cream was very delicious however. Service was quick, went through drive through and they were very polite. If I had time I would go inside because from what I saw through the window it looked very modern and chic inside. I went recently to try the new snacks and bought the purple moon croffle, golden floss croffle, and berry cloud (not pictured.) They were all a delight to eat as they weren't too sweet (typical of asian desserts). Me and my wife came in after seeing it all over social media and I get the hype. The place is bright, clean, and has a nice setup inside. They have plenty of seating and it doesn't feel cramped even when it's busy and the line moved pretty quickly for how long it was. Finally made it over to try this place! Yes it's pricey, yes the drinks are sweet (as other reviews said) but they were awesome! We didn't go inside but even though we went through the drive-thru we were greeted and helped with options and ways drinks were made. My husband and I really enjoyed it and plan on stopping by when in the area. The place looked super cute from what we can see from outside. I visited their shop last week, and the experience was completely unacceptable. They prepared my drink incorrectly; however, since I was no longer in the area, I couldn't return to resolve the issue in person. I paid approximately $10 for the drink and specifically requested "no ice" because I had a long journey ahead of me; yet, instead of filling the cup halfway, they only filled it about one-third of the way. I simply cannot understand how they could serve a customer a drink like that--it was clearly missing ingredients. I attempted to contact them via Yelp messaging but have received absolutely no response since last week. I have visited other locations of theirs in San Jose and Sacramento in the past, and I know how my drinks are supposed to look like. I went a few days ago, I wanted to wait til the hype died down and the day I went there was only a few customers there. I've never been to any of this franchise other locations before so this is my first experience with them. I am a lover of Vietnamese coffee and/or drinks, I seen a lot of ppl on TikTok saying the coffee here was terrible and I wanted to see for myself because if you are someone who doesn't drink Asian coffee in general then it might not be something you like esp if you only drink coffee from Starbucks, Dutch bros, McDonalds, etc. Both drinks we got were super delicious and the viet coffee was super strong per usual (nothing like regular coffee). The cookies might have been even better than the drinks lol if you like the texture of crumbl cookies then you'll love the cookies here. I know a lot of ppl do not like the texture of crumbl cookies howeverrrr I love my cookies extremely soft so these were perfect to me but they are a little steep almost $6 for one cookie. One thing to add is yes the prices here are a little steep for the sizes they offer but it's your money do what you want. I will definitely be back to try different items here :) read more
