When we went to drop the trailer off, we got a run around from Mike, who was the person who scheduled the appointment. First he denied that we even had an appointment, and when I reminded him I spoke to him twice in advance to confirm the arrangement, he then informed me they don't work on RV trailers (only cargo trailers), which left us in a lurch. With just a few hours to spare before our flight, we had to scramble around and find an RV storage lot. Not good.

My first serious experience with Coastal was when taking my RV in for scheduled service to install parts previously ordered; they were ready and waiting for my arrival! After paying and inspecting it was obvious they had an accident, the gears were bent and the motor screaming - inoperable. Clearly they drove it with the stars down and bent them. I tried to discuss with the but they denied it and hung up the phone. For extra insult when I got home I saw that they had used the toilet and not flushed it.
