First he denied that we even had an appointment, and when I reminded him I spoke to him twice in advance to confirm the arrangement, he then informed me they don't work on RV trailers (only cargo trailers), which left us in a lurch. Billy at Scott's was excellent with all the details. Scott's has some Diamond C trailers in stock so you can get an idea of pricing. Delivery was quoted as 12 weeks but actual was less 8 weeks. No surprises at pick up, my trailer was sitting out front and ready to go. Billy supplied a 30 day Maine trailer registration and all the paperwork for Mass sales tax. Diamond C quality on the dump trailer is excellent, lots of little details that are all A+. I was impressed to see Scott's had paint marked all the wheel studs to show they'd been torqued and to give a visual indication if they start loosening. I absolutely recommend Billy at Scott's, as well as Diamond C trailers. My purchase experience was flawless. Scott's is way bigger than I'd expected, and was well worth the 3 hour drive from my home.

After paying and inspecting it was obvious they had an accident, the gears were bent and the motor screaming - inoperable. Clearly they drove it with the stars down and bent them. I tried to discuss with the but they denied it and hung up the phone. For extra insult when I got home I saw that they had used the toilet and not flushed it.
