Ordered Harvey windows and I received very good service on my order and had them delivered in three weeks to my home.

I would not recommend this place took a damaged screen in to have a new one madeThey took measurements made a screen two weeks later. Pick it up doesn't fit. Send another one out doesn't fit. Guy comes out to measure. A different guy out three days later it doesn't fit Tells me he thinks he fixed it still doesn't fit so I'm on fourth screen now clearly they can't use a tape measure. Still don't have a screen would not ever hire these people or recommend them again. read more

We were driving through the area and a Turkey demolished our windshield. We were out of luck because the windshield had to be replaced. We called around, these folks gave us the best solution. Great service. I filed a claim with my insurance company and told them American Glass would be my preferred location to get my windshield replaced (knowing that my auto dealer uses them). In less than an hour, American Glass was calling to set up my appointment. Friendly staff, and my car was done before the time estimate they gave me. They were able to explain to me my next steps (getting my windshield recalibrated at the dealership) and what to tell them to ensure it is covered under my insurance claim. $80 lower quote than one of the other places in town to replace my windshield. The people I dealt with were friendly and polite. I made an appt and brought in the car. There was plenty of parking available. They offered me a ride (but I didn't need it). They called to confirm when the car would be ready for pickup, although they had estimated the pickup time when I dropped it off as well. They vacuumed out the glass chips on the seats and floor and reattached the self-starting sensor on the windshield. They had a nice clean waiting area with WIFI if I did need to wait. It rained the next day...no leaks. read more
