I would do anything to get that boat in the water this week. The summer is flying by, kids are coming to visit, my sister is disabled and cannot get out on the water any other way. Please please, how can we make this happen? I'll gladly delete this review or update it if I can only get the boat delivered. I would do anything to make it happen. I've tried calling and I only get voicemails from November on every extension and a full mailbox. We just want our boat in the water.

Last year I had some problems with said tractor. I called Trailside for help but found it a bit expensive to get the tractor to them. I was able to fix these issues. Long story short I ordered a service manual though trailside I was not able to get there so had them mail it. Here is the issue they charged me 30 dollars shipping fee to send a 1 pound book 25 miles. WTF!!

Hoping that we we made the right choice buying from a local dealer we went to them for options, warranty, insurance, dealer support. We are on our own. This dealer doesn't even seem to be willing to find out the true problem or source of the damage we have experienced. Buyer beware, drive it off their lot and you are on your own! Update- We exhausted all attempts to request assistance from J&M Camper and Heartland RV, they both turned us away. So we cut into the floor and wall where the damage occurred. The photo shows the extent of the damage. Zoom in on the wall supports, constructed with junk spruce. The water entered in the area where the awning bracket is attached to the outside wall of the camper, photos show the entry point. We will fix the camper ourselves and pay for materials. Our next request to Heartland is for wall panels and molding. Wish us luck!!

Billy at Scott's was excellent with all the details. Scott's has some Diamond C trailers in stock so you can get an idea of pricing. Delivery was quoted as 12 weeks but actual was less 8 weeks. No surprises at pick up, my trailer was sitting out front and ready to go. Billy supplied a 30 day Maine trailer registration and all the paperwork for Mass sales tax. Diamond C quality on the dump trailer is excellent, lots of little details that are all A+. I was impressed to see Scott's had paint marked all the wheel studs to show they'd been torqued and to give a visual indication if they start loosening. I absolutely recommend Billy at Scott's, as well as Diamond C trailers. My purchase experience was flawless. Scott's is way bigger than I'd expected, and was well worth the 3 hour drive from my home.
