I called and asked them if i could get a tow package for my truck and have it installed. Jamie said "Sure! We can do that at 1pm today" I showed up at 1 and nobody knew anything about it. Then Jamie popped up and said " oh yea, do you have all the stuff? " what stuff?" I asked. "the tow package" she replied. "aren't you supposed to have that?" I mean, why would I buy a tow package from somewhere else and take it to a place that sells tow packages and have them install it? It would be like buying a whopper at Burger King and eating it at Wendy's. Jamie was very rude as well and made us wait for almost an hour, occasionally sticking her hand in my face when I asked what was happening. I then called the owner and he promised to have it done by Friday. Friday rolled around, and i received no phone call or anything. The service here is the worst I have experienced anywhere. I bought a new Leer cap for my truck and got ripped off by both Leer and TBA. Apparently neither Leer nor TBA has any quality control system. the cap was not installed correctly as it was a bit crooked and the rear door didn't line up. The cap they sold me had many things wrong with it but the worst was that the headliner was filled with fiberglass dust. Given the carcinogen level of this dust I started the process of getting a full return. First they offered me $300 off. No way was that even close to a full refund. I bought the cap in June. It is now nearing the end of Sept. and I am still waiting for my money. They tell me the check was cut last week but it will take several weeks to get here. Bicycle courier?? They also will not give me copies of the communications with the "corporate office. Something fishy going on here or just plain total incompetence? It is well worth any extra miles you have to travel to buy a different brand or cap and buying from a different company other than TBA. Don't walk in their door!! read more

Corrie helped me out when I came in looking for snow tires. She greeted me with a big smile and talked to me "on my level" regarding snow tires (aka, snow tires for dummies). She was open and upfront about the cost and the best selection for my needs. We had to order an extra tire which arrived the next day, super speedy! The fifth star is missing for the next part.. After I was called and told my new tired was in, I asked about the line, which was non-existent. I rushed in and the girl was right, there was only one other customer in the store. I was told the process takes about 45 minutes, so I opted to wait in their adorable waiting area with free Keurig coffee. Sadly, I waited for 2.5 hours and people who came in after me had their services completed before mine (one was a family member of one of the staff. I'm all for helping family, but 2.5 hours is a long time for a 45 minute service, especially when they know I'm waiting in store). There isn't much to occupy the mind, unless you like looking at truck accessories and tires. At checkout, Corrie apologized for the wait, which I felt better that she acknowledged the extra time it took. Next time I might opt for their free shuttle service and spend my time waiting at home. Regardless of the wait, the store is super clean and bright, they have a vending machine for the desperately hungry, and the people who work there are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the services they provide. I went to TBA to get a 4 Wheel alignment. The first time it took 3 ( yes 3) hours. My car is a 2010 Equinox. There was somethings that where rusted and needed to be replaced. The guy at the service counter comes over and says it's going to be another 45 minutes!! I have a bad back and could no longer take it. And decided to reschedule for another day. On the rescheduled day it took another 2 hours to finally get my car aligned! 5 hours total!!!!! When it was all done it cost $250. One of the charges was a $7 shop fee WTH is a shop fee! So I Do Not recommend them ! They are overpriced and slow! read more

I bought a five thousand dollar trailer from TBA which broke in several places. I was very specific with TBA about the amount of weight that the trailer needed to be able to hold as well as many other details for this very expensive custom built trailer. When I received the trailer I immediately saw that it was not built to my specifications in several ways but I decided to let that go for the time being with the idea of having them fix the issues after the busy working summer season. After less than six months of light use on the trailer several of the trailers welds cracked and one of its poles broke in half. The trailer was never fully loaded. When I took the trailer to another fabrication shop for a second opinion they informed me that in their opinion the trailer was poorly built and not built in a way that any competent shop would have built a trailer that was to carry the weight it was supposedly designed for. A second fabrication shop and a structural engineer I spoke with confirmed their assessment. When I bought the trailer TBA told me that if the trailer had any structural failures that it was under warranty and that I was welcome to bring it back for a full refund. They now refuse to refund the trailer and insist on fixing what is an unfixable trailer and have told me that I cold go get a lawyer if I didn't like it. Their attitude towards me after having made the sale is very different from what it was when they were trying to sell me something, even before the trailer broke. In my case at least these people have not stood by their word. read more
