We first called a local place that could immediately only clear out all the glass and replace it with plastic until they could do the actual replacement nearly 3 weeks later. Plus, I would have to go to them. Next, we called SafeLite and they were able to come to my home the very next day and do the replacement for $110 less than the local shop. They took payment from my landscaper over the phone, and the next day a very friendly and capable technician showed up, on time and after keeping me well-updated on his expected arrival time. The only minor 'glitch' (which could be more major for some people) was that during the initial phone call I was offered either an AM time window or a PM one, and I chose the AM one. Later that day, though, a rep called to say they'd have to put me in the PM window because of the need to plan an efficient route. I totally understood, and since I work from home and had no obligations that day, it didn't matter. I highly recommend SafeLite, and though I hope to never need them again, they'll be my first call if I do.

I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to look at the differences between some different models and trim levels. Shannon, the sales guy who helped me, was extremely helpful. He clearly explained and showed me the differences between everything I was interested in looking at. We spent about 20 minutes and in that time I was able to determine what model and trim levels I should narrow my search to. Shannon was not pushy at all, gave us space to look, and was extremely knowledgeable. Getting an in-person look at the sizes and trim levels here at Charlie's Toyota was the most time well spent of all my car shopping experience. He walked us through getting CarPlay set up and through any of the features we were not familiar with from our 2020 RAV4 Hybrid. They also have a nice perk with free car washes for the life of your car, but we live too far away to take advantage of them, though will swing in whenever we head north.
