    WAY over price rollers I replaced.

    Can't speak about the appliances and sales at Trail, but the Parts department can get bent. Coy sales rep and WAY over inflated price on the dryer rollers I needed to purchase to fix my dryer. Kudos for having the parts, but at almost triple the cost for the same parts from Amazon. I didn't have time to wait for an Amazon delivery, so this speaks to poor Samsung parts and me not ordering a second parts kit. These components are engineered to fail. Straight up will not purchase parts / service or new appliances from Trail simply based on Samsung roller mark-up. Will order from Amazon in advance b/c they'll need to be replaced again.

After hearing nothing, we had to follow up ourselves--only to be told the delivery wouldn't happen until the end of June. This was a huge discrepancy from what was promised at the time of purchase. After raising the issue, we were offered the floor model instead. Given that this was already due to their error and that a floor model has been used by many customers, I requested a discount, which was declined. When the couch was finally delivered, it arrived with multiple black marks on it--completely unacceptable for a full-price item. To make matters worse, after sending three follow-up emails with no response, I was essentially ghosted. I only received a reply after contacting a different customer service channel, at which point I was told they "never received" my emails. The only resolution offered was an $80 refund--which isn't even close to reasonable given the condition of the couch and the overall experience. (Not even 10% discount). Between the misleading delivery timeline, lack of accountability, poor communication, and damaged product, this has been an extremely frustrating experience. I would strongly caution others before purchasing from this store.

Ashley furniture is corrupt and a scam…read more The incompetent staff member, Gemma from the NE location "measured" a clearance ottoman and said it would fit perfect. Gemma, the hollow-minded employee helped me and my partner build a modular sectional. She had our measurements and said this oversized ottoman will fit perfectly and said when it's pushed up against the couch it will be a giant bed. She pushed us to buy it and said it will fit, it will be perfect. When we looked at other options, she kept pushing the clearance ottoman. That should have been a red flag that she is conning us. Looking at the photos, does that giant ottoman fit and is flush like a giant bed? Absolutely not. We had it delivered on Nov.1 and I called immediately and told the delivery team to take it away and they refused and said to call the store. I have called nearly every day to try and solve this, and they refuse to return it, refuse to call me back, and refuse to credit me to find an ottoman that is small and will fit. I also made the grave mistake of ordered a sofa and love seat. The love seat came damaged. See the photos. They will not be providing me with a new couch but instead proceed with janky patchwork. I called November 1 right when the damaged furniture was unpacked by their delivery team. I followed the steps via text to address the damaged couch and they kept insisting I provide a serial number. Well, this couch doesn't have a serial number. After going back and forth explaining there is no serial number on the couch nor its cushions, I asked them if they want me to make up a serial number. After that, they ordered the patch (10 days since I submitted the claim) and insist it will be delivered. Once it's delivered I will have to be home from work to be here for when they "fix" the couch. So not only do I have a $300 ottoman that doesn't fit because Gemma doesn't know how to use a measuring tape or know how to do her job competently, I will have to be home from work for the semestres to patch up the damage that the delivery crew made. They did assure me that my brand new furniture, after the patchwork, will look like showroom condition. This comment restored my faith, knowing that my new furniture will look like the garbage in their showrooms that have thousands of asses distorting the cushions. Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE!!! They are scamming honest customers. I should have listened to the reviews, friends and family that warned to avoid any purchases.

Our 7 month old kitchen chairs loosened themselves enough that I tipped one over to look at it and the leg fell off. Three of my 6 chairs are really wobbly loose. We also bought three lily counter stools which arrived missing some screws, had non matching screws, and one stool was missing its plastic foot plugs to save my hardwood. Revolve immediately sent me those feet at no charge as they should and I replaced the countersunk fasteners. It's incredible I've fully come to expect this lack of quality and we keep shopping there for the style. Good thing I'm an engineer who can fix their expensive junk for them. For the price you pay, I expect a little more attention to detail. Using threadlocker glue, a torque wrench, and the correct length of fasteners would have made these products actually worth their cost and hold their value.
