The setup is more of a quick-service style: you order at the counter, get a buzzer, sit down, and then go pick up your food when it's ready. It's convenient enough if you're looking for something fast and casual, but between the bland bisque and chowder and the average lobster roll, it's not a place I'd go out of my way to visit again. I probably wouldn't stop here next time.

I called and placed my order. Just like I have always done. Upon arriving the woman behind the bar, AND taking care of the take, expected me to know how much I owed. When I asked her where is my slip, she acted like a fucking bitch trying to embarrass me acting like people don't get slips. She told me you don't get a slip unless it's a credit card. I told her I'm sorry how do you know it's cash or credit unless you fucking ask. She seemed puzzled. Now mind you I have been going here 20+ years. Needless to say she did not get a tip. But here's a tip for the owners. You need to replace this burnt out bitch, she is ruining business. If a chick ever deserved to get shamed, not the good smashed, it's her. I realize this is a lounge that serves pub fare, but we were not impressed with the food. The nachos consisted of stale chips glued together with a tasteless cheese and big hunks of iceberg lettuce, tomato and onion chunks thrown carelessly on top. Very unappetizing. Boneless buffalo tenders were covered with an extremely salty sauce. Needless to say we left half the food on the table- this is unheard of for us as we always take our leftovers home.
