My stove stopped working and I called and made an appointment for the next day. The very next day the stove started working again so I called and canceled. Well, the day after that the stove died again and although I was thoroughly embarrassed I called for another appointment. Junior was very understanding and scheduled to come over that day, which he did. He diagnosed the problem right away. It wasn't the stove but the electrical outlet and he was absolutely correct. My stove and my microwave had to be on separate independent electrical circuits. He reset the stove, and checked to see if I had the proper outlets and in fact, I didn't. He suggested I get a surge protector in the meantime. When I did that, I called him and he came over again to help me pull my stove out and separate the stove and microwave plugs. He even went through my microwave installation booklet to show me what I needed to have done by an electrician. Should I ever have any appliance problem, I won't hesitate to call him again. Miracle worker = Junior! I've had a washing machine that would not spin for a year, and a 50+ yr old dryer that just stopped working. I was already looking for a new dryer. I called Sears and all they told me was its $99 to come and look at the washer and they would have to find an appt. I asked about how much it would be to fix the problem. Only the tech knows they said. Is it $100 or $500. ONLY THE TECH KNOWS. Eventually she hung up on me. I immediatey went online, searched Yelp, called got a price, he was here 2 hrs later. The issue with my stove was fairly straightforward so I can't say Junior was severely tested but he was very polite, charming and knows what he is doing. He had to come back a second time as we were unable to turn off the power to my kitchen on his first visit and he was very good about it. Just had a great experience getting a washing machine repaired (needed a new pump). Junior and his associate arrived well within their estimated time frame and were able to diagnose the problem immediately. I called on a Saturday morning and Junior was able to come by the same day to do a diagnosis for my 12 year old Thermador gas stove which had 2 non-working extra low burners. That hadn't worked for over 8 years. After opening up the internal areas to test multiple parts he was able to discern which need replacements. He directed us to contact Bosch for a confirmation of our stove model number since we couldn't find the model # listed anywhere on the stove (I actually found it behind the kickplate under 12 years of greasy dust). Once I was able to confirm the stove model number, Junior was able to order the appropriate parts and come back within a week!! Remember, navigating NYC traffic and finding those elusive parking spaces takes time...so have some patience with scheduled "windows of time" and you will be rewarded with amazing, unparalleled, professional service. Like others here I called in the morning and they made the trek out to northern NJ in rush hour traffic from the Wall St. area and were here by late afternoon. Our washing machine stopped working that morning, and Junior actually tried to help me fix it over the phone but to no avail. They diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 20 minutes and explained how we could prevent the problem from occurring again, which was very appreciated since this particular part has now been replaced three times.
