Their proofing process is hands-on and personalized -- you're communicating with a real person who interprets feedback (like, "can that font be less narrow?") and adjusts the proof accordingly. They're old-school -- great on the phone and via email during business hours. Always friendly and professional. Prints arrive in a timely manner, and packaged well.

Lots of other sign companies, i highly recommend you look at your options. Good news is my sign worked, everything else i had/will have to fix myself. Poor communication led to a 3.5" pole with a 4.5" bracket when from the start the goal was to use the original pole. The installation was fast but look at the pics i'm attaching to see how incredibly poor of a job was done. My indoor receiver killed my internet every morning until i updated firmware and did some tweaking. Payne let me know they weren't qualified to help me install or fix the wireless antenna. Thank goodness MegaSign is awesome. Got that fixed tho :) Paint all over my landscape rocks, the TPlink bridge, the new wire whips and all over the sidewalk. They definitely do not care. Best part is they never came out and did a site survey before the project or after so i never got looked in the eye or a handshake. That should say it all right there.

Over the years, I have bought new and used computers from Computer Innovations. I have been pleased…read morewith every purchase. Their prices are better than reasonable and the in-house computers they build are, in my opinion, superior to the mass-market machines sold at the big-box retailers. When I had a software conflict on my year-old machine built at Computer Innovations occurring after installing a dozen or more software programs I installed from the Web, and it was beyond my ability to straighten out, I took my computer in and had it back the next day. The price was very reasonable. Computer Innovations has real technicians that know their stuff. They are glad to answer questions and when assisting with choosing a computer they do not try to upsell just to grab a bigger sale. My current in-house-built computer was recommended to suit my needs and was around $200 less than the one I was considering. Asking about my wants, needs and how I use a computer, I was directed to the less costly device that has been more than adequate for my needs. I wholeheartedly recommend Computer Innovations and this firm will be my place-to-go for my computer needs.
