They came out and made an initial assessment. Parker was able to replace a couple of motors on the dampers to try and solve the problem at a much better price than I was quoted by my regular AC service company. This needed to be done regardless. Shortly after, the same problem persisted so I called again and Daisy scheduled another appointment for the very next morning. They came out the next morning and did some further investigating and discovered what they thought was the source of the problem and they offered a discount on the new part/labor considering that I had already paid for the motors.I never felt like they were trying to do an upsell or pressuring me to do unnecessary repairs. Their prices are very, very competitive. They were very persistent in trying to solve the problem and needless to say, my problem was solved today and their customer service is A++. Several window guys I called wouldn't even consider looking at something like this for window repair. They only wanted to replace glass or install all new windows. Richard came over examined the window and said the track rods (or whatever they were called) could be replaced and they would slide like new. I called Nicks Pluming and AC initially and they came out Saturday at 2pm to look at my AC…read moreand told me that the capacitor needed to be changed that was 2k but if the unit needed to be changed that would be 6k and that there could be a leak. Pretty much a bunch of BS I called Efficient Polar Air they came out Saturday at 9PM said that the builder when the HVAC person installed the unit they didn't vacuum enough and if anything the expansion valve needed to be changed and vacuum to be done but couldn't confirm anything Nicks Pluming/AC was saying. They fixed the issue for there standard service call and if it keeps reoccuring the expansion valve and vacuum needs to be done. Do yourself a favor and if you have any AC issue call Efficient Polar Air!!! They saved me so much $$$$ by being honest and quick.
