I apologize in advance for the long rant but if you're thinking about sending your kids here please take the time to read this. My twins started going to kinder care recently. This being their first experience in a daycare facility and having a lot of interactions with multiple kids at once. After a few weeks, I had picked up my twins from daycare and noticed a bruise on one of their arms which looked like he had been bit by another child. I understand that kids will bite and hit and shove and scream but I was NOT informed of this incident by any teachers. When I called them immediately after I got home they had told me the teacher's didn't know what I was talking about. The bite was hard enough to leave a bruise, I know my child and I know he would have cried. No incident report was written, this was my first impression of them. I began the process of changing daycares because I no longer feel comfortable leaving my kids here. However they require a 2 week notice. A few days after the bite incident my other twin came home with scratches that were scabbed over on the back of his neck. Again, I was not informed so I reached out once again. They told me the teacher had written an incident report but they had not informed me at pick up or give me the incident report until the next morning. Not to mention, my twins were very sick while attending this daycare. They've had ear infections, pink eye, and an extremely bad cough and cold. We've been to the doctor and even the hospital more than once just in the last couple of months. Before you think "kids are going to get sick it's daycare" I was expecting them to get sick but the amount of time that they were sick was extremely concerning. I was also informed that they are to wash the kid's hands before every meal time however when I dropped them off they just sat them down at the table to eat immediately so I'm not sure if they're doing the hand washing (at least in the tots class). I did report everything that had happened and it's on record. Please save your child the suffering and find a different daycare. read more

Haven't gone here but did do a tour.. just a warning I was able to walk through the front door without being buzzed in as the door was broken. How long has it been broken not sure, one of the workers commented oh we need to get that fixed. So it must have been broken for some time. Very concerning because 1. This facility is not in a good area lot of homeless people. 2. The broken door is located next to the infant room. I decided to avoid this place for my daughter, not only did the broken door put me off, the people working in the Infant room looked extremely unhappy almost irritated. read more

Two of my children go to this site, and I love it. As a stay at home mom it was very hard for me to make the decision to go to work, and trust someone with my children. But, I'm glad I did. They have been here since January, and my daughter has grown so much. She is a pandemic baby, and very VERY shy! Although she is still shy, being around other children and having a routine with her teachers has helped her open up much more! They assisted me in potty training too! My son is approaching 1 years old, and it was definitely nerve wrecking putting him in daycare so young but he is also thriving. I'm the kind of mom that has so many questions, and any small concern I can't ignore. They have never made me feel like I'm being annoying with my questions or concerns. The directors have no issue addressing any issues, and answering any questions. I appreciate that, because my kids are with them 10+ hours a day most times. I love the stability, and consistency it has been with my kid's teachers so far. I'm looking forward to creating more memories with this facility. read more

Looking for a preschool during Covid wasn't easy! I may have cried a lot! Taking my lil one to a preschool when kids were accepted back was a hard decision. The ladies at Tracy Kindercare are so welcoming and loving! Eva, the director. Did a virtual walk through so we could see where our little one would be. My daughter has been going here just shy of 2 years. I can't even express how amazing this center has been. The teachers have become like family for my daughter. Dropping off a 6 month old during Covid to strangers was very scary. The daily videos and updates keep you very reassured. The love my daughter gets everyday from the teachers is just wonderful. They teach these children so much as well. Circle time and activities. I couldn't believe when my child started to speak and know her abcs and numbers. I'm floored. Do they get sick. Sure. But that will happen in any school setting. I'm so grateful to have found this center and my daughter now has friends for life. read more

Update : so the issue was finally resolved. Terry went on vacation I spent hours on the phone and talked to a different lady . She eventually got the amount down to 100 ( which I paid immediately - for the "summer tuition" ) after all the fighting and arguing I threatened to take them to court , as they illegally sent me to collections without warning for an amount they couldnt even come up with while we went over numbers together.. they dropped it pretty fast . No problems since . I do wish things went differently. I still get little communications from my childs teachers. The staff who directly spent the day with my child is awesome . But the higher ups are just lazy and useless. I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else , because your child will love the teachers . Better yet, I hope those teachers will find a better job. They were nice. This was our first daycare experience but after the 2nd I noticed he was a possible getting sick after taking him to the doctor repeatedly I only spent possible a week out of the month I purchased there. Which due to covid is understandable. However my kid got an respiratory infection and possible ear infection my doc said it was probably due to the daycare putting him to sleep with a bottle. When my pediatrician told me that, I immediately pulled him from daycare. If this doesn't bother you as a parent then by all means go here. But for myself personally it was an absolute no, I never confronted or ask if they did it because even the possibility of it being done and my child getting sick was enough. But like I said they were nice, but just being nice didn't cut it when my child was repeatedly getting sick. read more

My husband and I visited a few daycare centers before settling on Tracy KinderCare and we are very happy with the choice we made. We put our son into daycare at 2.5 months, which I was extremely nervous about (and sad and guilty and etc!), but Ms. Eva, Ms. Cassandra, and Ms. Somala put my mind and heart at ease. They answered all of my questions and concerns before our son's first day, and his transition from being home with me to going to daycare five days a week was very smooth. He is greeted every morning with hugs and warm hellos from Ms. Jessica and he enjoys his playtime with Ms. Robin. Ms. Somala and Ms. Cassandra learned about our son and his ways quickly. As he continues to grow and develop, I know I can count on them to help me adjust for his needs, like when he was ready for more breastmilk per bottle, and they give me suggestions on things, like how to care for his curly hair! We have also always been given an incident report when things happen, like a fall or a bumped head. My husband and I really like the KinderCare app. I enjoy seeing the pictures and videos of their activities throughout the day and the daily reports about feedings, naps, etc, are very helpful. read more

My daughter has been going here for 5 months now and I couldn't be happier. Every single one of the teachers and staff members here are so friendly and accommodating. They handled Covid the best way that they could and they took the children's health and their employee's health very seriously. My daughter can be kind of a stage 5 clinger to her mommy, but I knew right away that this was a really good fit when she willingly wants to go every morning and has a really good time there. My child has had huge developmental jumps while coming here for the past two years. She has had great gains in identification of letters and numbers. She loves her class mates and her teachers. Considered this as a pre school for my child... walking in was enough to put us off. I've never seen a pre school looking so dark and sad. Sat waiting to be shown one of the rooms and we heard a lady rudely shout at a baby/toddler in the baby room. We went on to the pre K class and again it was dark and sad looking. The kids were having free time and some looked bored to death. No bright wall coloring or inviting pictures. The tone of the teachers towards the kids wasn't nice at all. My son's been attending this daycare since January of 2019. The teachers are absolutely amazing and the staff is just so friendly! They treat my son Soo well and ALWAYS accommodate us on any special needs we request. My son's learned so much from them. The facility is always clean and they always notify you if there's any type of illness going around. Absolutely amazing, if you are worried about choosing a daycare I hope I've made your decision a little easier because since this daycare has taken such amazing care of my son I will never go to a different company. Both of my kids started Kindercare in 2016, in the toddler room and preschool room. They have been in excellent hands since. My daughter was more than prepared for Kindergarten this year, academically and socially. She begs to go to Kindercare on her days off from school. My son has grown through out the program and is learning so much. Not only academically but socially. He has moved up in all of his outside activities because of his listening skills, that I give all credit to the teachers at Kindercare. You can tell that all of the teachers here really enjoy what they do and they are invested in the development of the children. Do not send ur child to Kindercare on grant line the principal/manager Susan is horrible.! My daughter was there for over a year and in that time her teacher changed 5 times.! The staff kept quitting and no one stayed long. The cherry on top was when I showed up early one day to pick my daughter up and they had all the kids outside with no shade and no water.! It was 110 degrees that day and they had the whole class of 4 year olds(about 20 kids) outside in the sun.! When I talked to the principal/owner Susan about it her excuse was "I didn't know they were out there sorry" as she was sitting inside in the air conditioning eating a sandwich. I was paranoid about any place I was going to send my baby, my only baby, at just a yr. old. My husband & I work full time & don't have family nearby. We would have to send our only child to spend all day, 5 days a week, with strangers!!! There was one woman in particular that made us feel more at ease about leaving our baby & quickly she became the only person besides myself & my husband that our daughter felt comfortable with, Ms. Suzie was a godsend!! Our daughter has been with KinderCare since she was a yr. old, she's now 3. She's an only child but has excelled with her language & social skills being around other children & learning from good teachers. The teachers are all great & address any concerns we have (I.e food allergies). Our daughters days are filled with learning new things in a fun environment. The center has a new director, Eva, who's made lots of improvements!!! The teachers all love her & so do the kids! I've been a client for the Tracy Kindercare for 5+ years. Both my 8 year old began here at age 3 and now my 1 year old. I can never thank the teachers and director here enough. They are so amazing at what they do. As a single mother, I am much appreciative and grateful that I can count on them helping me raise my children. Going to give this place 3 only because I have not given them a full chance yet. My kids attend a different location, and it is absolutely amazing. this location doesn't seem to have the curriculum set up for the kids, no alarms on the gates, no colorful art work on the wall. Broken toys, no extra work pages given (which my kids wish they had) one of the teachers was very confused when I asked about fun Being Incorporated into the academics.... I'm not too sure about this place yet. They say on the paper work they offer breakfast AM snack lunch and a PM snack.... Thankfully I asked about this because in reality there will not be a morning snack. Hmmm... Weird..... I guess we will see.... read more

I was going to take my daugther to this daycare facility but heard from several parents that this particular Kindercare the teachers and the director don't care for your child.. Too many accident reports and also "biters"... I know you can't really avoid toddlers/kids that have a teething problem but when your kid keeps on getting bitten more than 5 times in less than 1 year. We got a problem... I'm just one voice but before you decide to consider this daycare facility ask around and do your homework specially for our precious kids... read more

ok so when I first started bringing my granddaughter the place seemed out of control. But when you step back and look at the whole daycare and all of the teachers, what a blessing this facility is. The bottle incident was explained that the baby was going to be fed but I had come to pick her up so they did not actually feed her. and the temperature, the teachers felt she was warm and took her temperature and that was the reading. however if anyone is a parent and someone thinks your child is not feeling well it would be better to check things out than to ignore signs. I have since had to leave this facility and search out other daycare and what a nightmare that has been. I miss all the teachers and the director. They were so helpful and patient with me no matter how many questions I had for them. The facility is super clean and all of the teachers I have interacted with were very knowledgeable and open to discuss any topic about my grandchild. they have always been professional and actually care about my Granddaughter. To this day I keep in contact and am trying my best to get her back at the facility. I miss them very much and so does my Grandchild. read more

From the time I initially stepped in to this establishment I felt a very warm and caring feeling from everyone. It was the most amazing feeling when I first brought my infant daughter that she also felt very comfortable and cared for. She is happy to see the staff members each morning, laughing and giggling as we enter. She smiles and waves at all her teachers:-) Susan the Director and Amanda the Assistant Director are so sweet and very nice. My daughter thinks they are the best! She also enjoys Vika, Brianna, and Aduly are my daughters absolute favorites, and what I love the most is that they genuinely care for her! If you are looking for a daycare near Mountain House or Tracy, don't skip over taking a tour of this one. I should mention, not only do I recommend for infants but my nine year old loved it here too when she attended. Still asks me if she can go back!!! did a one week trail and not impressed at all with this place, their weekly price is insane for what you get and on their daily check out sheets i felt like i was being lied to. first my son is just 13Months and they refuse to allow him a bottle, he's used to taking naps with a bottle of formula but was only allowed a sippy cup. ok fine not a huge deal, the naps are a joke to (12-3pm come on really and they make the kids keep their shoes on) what i had a huge deal with is the lack of "trained facility staff/teachers" the formula i use is only good for 48hrs after its open and on day 4 I found out they were still giving him the same bottle of formula and it was a 3rd of the way full still. he drinks a 1L of ready made formula bottle in 2 days no problem so how are you going to tell me on the report he ate 2 bottles a day..... not ok with you giving my child wrotten milk nor were you feeding him anywhere near the correct amount. he left there everyday tired and hungry, but i was told otherwise, "he ate really well he napped 3 hr" oh and it gets better he developed a bad diaper rash about four days in which i couldnt get to go away so we went to the Doc's about a week later who said he has folliculitis are you freaking kidding he's now on antibiotics the doctor also said that this is commonly contracted form unclean changing surfaces. i'm beyond mad about this, it's not acceptable by any standards of any practice. read more
