They never seemed genuinely interested in what's said and when its time for a referral, forget about it! It's not a problem being referred, them providing paperwork or correcting their mistake is like presenting a case before a jury. Instead of trying to work with me (the patient) and the physician they referred me to, it became my responsibility to sit on hold and be told by my HMO that the referral must come from the primary. My most recent encounter was having my prescription sent to another pharmacy after I completed the pharmacy information request on their form. If they don't bother to read, why bother completing it. There couldn't possibly be a worse example of uncaring, laziness from a group that you must entrust with your overall managed care. Tread lightly with this office. If you have a choice (and you do), choose another doctor.

That is awesome timing for a doctor's office. My ob doc wait time is like an hour minimum. It's ridiculous when people have appointments and have to wait that long. I think it's great at Dr. Jones office they give you a print out of the visit details and your patient info like weight, temp etc. I hope when/if I change insurance providers I am able to keep Dr. Jones. I definitely will recommend Dr. Jones as a Pcp. The office is in a nice building with plenty of free parking.

I didn't remember seeing a different MD last year but I wanted to get in as a new patient with Dr.Warfield. I spoke with a miss Ramona who I'm not sure is the nurse for this office or the receptionist how ever she is very rude. I see this a is a continuous thing with in this facility and it's very disheartening when people are trying to establish care. I truly believe this place really need to retract their staff how to talk to patients. Miss Ramona really need to learn to talk to people and not at them.

I messaged the customer service/accounting department over the course of two months on My Chart. I NEVER received a response. I called the department and spoke with an agent who could not tell me why there was an increase in the cost of service. He said that I would have to speak with a supervisor. Instead of a supervisor calling me back, my account was sent to collections. There is no reason for a quick office visit to go from $125 to $182 with no explanation. I did not receive any tests or bloodwork. The only reason St Luke's gets away with treating their patients crappy is because they can report to collections and impact their credit stores. I will never use St. Luke's again.
