The worse office I have experienced. While the doctor may meet acceptable standards, her office staff are more pitiful than the DMV. They never seemed genuinely interested in what's said and when its time for a referral, forget about it! It's not a problem being referred, them providing paperwork or correcting their mistake is like presenting a case before a jury. Instead of trying to work with me (the patient) and the physician they referred me to, it became my responsibility to sit on hold and be told by my HMO that the referral must come from the primary. My most recent encounter was having my prescription sent to another pharmacy after I completed the pharmacy information request on their form. If they don't bother to read, why bother completing it. There couldn't possibly be a worse example of uncaring, laziness from a group that you must entrust with your overall managed care. Tread lightly with this office. If you have a choice (and you do), choose another doctor. read more

Dr. Jones is very sweet and professional as well as her staff. I love that the wait time is pretty quick I think I've waited maybe 10 mins tops after my appointment time. That is awesome timing for a doctor's office. My ob doc wait time is like an hour minimum. It's ridiculous when people have appointments and have to wait that long. I think it's great at Dr. Jones office they give you a print out of the visit details and your patient info like weight, temp etc. I hope when/if I change insurance providers I am able to keep Dr. Jones. I definitely will recommend Dr. Jones as a Pcp. The office is in a nice building with plenty of free parking. read more

Dr. Jones is very thorough and listens attentively in order to suggest and prescribe the best plan of action. It doesn't get much better than that!!! read more

Looks like someone else had a bad experience too. My experience with this office is just getting worse. They billed my over $300 for a service that I did not receive. And forget trying to get a hold of the office manager. No matter how many times I call and leave messages she does not return the call. Staff is very rude and obviously does not care about their patients. They all seem very shady. read more

Dr. Jones and her office staff is AWFUL. I have never been so angry in my life. After being told I couldn't see the doctor for 2 issues at one time ( which I understand some doctors are picky about there scheduling I know I work and schedule for one ) but the receptionist didn't even explain or nicely tell me why. I was only told you cant come in for both pick one... and that's all she said. So 2 days later I come in for my apt. give all my info and go to see the doctor. She comes in and asks all my symptoms and I tell her. Well one of my symptoms had to do with another problem and she immediately wants to do an extra exam.. Funny how the problems` I call in with I can`t be seen for but now when I`m there she all the sudden has time. I tell this doctor No because I didn't have time or patience left with her. So she finishes up and leaves the room sends a nurse in telling me okay she wants you to see a referral and will call in a prescription to treat the problem. When I asked the name of the medication the nurse couldn't even tell me she says uhhh... well I think this drug because its normally what she prescribes.... so I walk to the front check out and leave... 2 weeks later I get call saying the test came back neg. and I don't have what I went in for ??? THEY NEVER ONCE TOLD ME THEY WERE SENDING OFF ANYTHING or that I was being prescribed something just for the time being !! So now I have a bill for them sending off, and then I have a bill for this doctor NOT being in network... 1 month later THIS OFFICE DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE TIME TO CALL/ OR SEND A LATER LETTING ME KNOW I`D BE RECEIVING A BILL BECAUSE SHE WAS NOT IN NETWORK... which I should have been told ASAP before I ever saw the doctors oh and I`ve called the OFFICE MANGER she doesn't return calls the other persons comments are true... DO NOT CHOOSE this half ass office with a Doctor who is only in it for the money !!! read more

Who are the people giving this Dr. a good review, must be family members and friends. I was there yesterday because I had to find a new Dr. due to BlueCross falling out with Kelsey Seybold. This woman was either having a early bad day, (my appointment was 10:30 AM) on her period, menopause, or something; let's just say she is not the kind of Dr. I am use to. She was very moody, would not even let you finish asking questions, was in a hurry to leave the room. She spent total of 5 minutes in the room, cutting me off (to ask a different question) when I tried to explain my condition. She had me lay on my back, pressed three places on my stomach, she said she was checking my Spleen, liver and kidney. Then she tapped on my ankles, pulled me back up and left the room. Next the MA came in and handed me a lab form. She handed my some papers and said it was the break down of my visit today. I left the office feeling I just wasted my time, and knew I was not returning nor going to any lab. But to my surprised, when I got home and I checked the papers, (break down of my visit) this woman listed 5 things she said she completed on me. I was shocked! This woman wants to get paid for things she didn't do??? It was after hours, so I waited until today. So out of 8 things that was listed, she only did 2, the last one was just the recommendation to see an OBGYN. When I called the clinic today to find out why these things were included, the lady I spoke with apologized and said the MA was suppose to perform all those things, and that the people that usually work at the office were not there yesterday. That was why the MA didn't know to do it. My question was, what was the Dr.'s excuse for being an a$$???. Anyways, I am going to call BlueCross and make sure they know about this insurance fraud activity going on at this clinic. read more

I had been a patient of Dr. Jones for about 2 years or more when I had insurance. Last fall I called her office and asked how much an office visit without insurance (like so many now I am unemployed). I was told between $40 & $200. Went the next day because I needed her to refill 2 scripts. During the visit we discussed the fact that I no longer had insurance. When I checked out I was told it would be $250. I was told they didn't have any choice on the charges because they are part of a corp. They would accept payments, however. I was in a state of shock needless to say. The lovely lady (not) at the desk told me Dr. J had coded my visit as "full service". Periodically I would receive robo calls saying I was due for a check-up. About 3 weeks ago a live person left a message wanting to know why I had not come back to Dr. Jones' office. I returned the call a couple of weeks later and told Miriam/Marian that I had recently had blood work done for cholesterol and asked if the dr. would call in my script if I brought the test results by without an office visit. When I first asked the question she said I don't know. After letting her know what happened previously I asked again and she said no. That confirmed what I had suspected all along - I was not a patient I was a customer. The key word in that sentence is WAS. read more
