Of note, be prepared to pay for your portion of the visit BEFORE you leave the office. I'm not a huge fan of this practice. I'm of the belief, if you have insurance, the billing should first be sent through the insurance and then send a bill to me for my portion once the insurance advises what my portion is. The front desk person insisted I needed my ID to check in. When asked why she needs my ID her answer was "because I need to update your file information." My wife asked her if she could update that next time. At first she said she can't and needs me to bring my ID or I can't check in. Then when confronted in a more stern manner she proceeded to give us a "warning" to bring it next time or else. We have been waiting for them to schedule us for a second allergy testing due to our drops not helping us. It has been more than 3 weeks since we have been calling them and asking them to call us back for scheduling.

Paid copay for nothing. 2) came back late February or March for the same service and they inform me I needed to make an appointment via some special department for it. Well again, no one told me when I made the appointment and I was very clear when I called. I got visibly upset so they refunded my copay. But still, lots of time wasted with the driving and waiting. 3) third time we waited over an hour for our appointment. Because we love dr nason we let it slide. 4) third time we waited over an hour again. When it's back to back bad service, we need to reconsider finding another clinic. This is a total disrespect for people's time.

They really treated my grandmother like family and took great care of of her. They didn't try to offer items she didn't need and made sure everything worked way past the first fitting. Conversations with my Grandmother were night and day after getting the right hearing aids. It was great to see my Grandmother come back to life in conversations. Before she just hid in the background because she couldn't hear what was going on and we had no idea!! 5 stars all around! Thank you Central Texas Hearing Center.
