Sonia worked with us for the last 5 months while we waited from her to be eligible for new ones. To make matters worse, when I spoke with the manager about the situation, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, she tried to justify it by comparing it to a retail store running out of merchandise. That comparison was completely inappropriate. A medical or cosmetic treatment appointment is not the same as shopping, and patients should be notified in advance if a required product is unavailable. The lack of communication and the manager's response were very unprofessional. I expected much better customer service and consideration for my time. Not even 1 minute later Dr Jake came and rushed into the room! He was very hurried and didn't even really take the time to understand what I have going on. He did a very quick exam on my nose, ears and throat. After he rambled off a list of things that I would be experiencing (which I am if he would have given me any time to respond). And as quickly as he came in shuttled me off to the nurse to order a few tests. I was out of his office and in my car in ten minutes. He literally told me that some of my ear problems are totally fine and I can continue to "deal with it" by putting ear plugs in my ears, but no expectations for anything! I left here feeling frustrated and like a number! I completely re arranged my clients today to get in here! What a waste of time!
