By Aug 18th both aids had failed and I returned them so I had no aids until 9/6 when they were replaced. By 9/22 one or both aids failed intermittently so I returned them both for credit, cancelling the purchase. These aids either were horribly mfgd or these folks simply do not know what they are doing. I have been a customer of HCA for over 3 years and must go elsewhere now as I have zero confidence in these folks and their products.
