Also included was a cleaning and replacement of the wire and ear piece. Total charge as always when I need their help was $ 0.00. My pricing for the same type of devices years ago was $5K to $7k. Costco's price less than $2K. And the price has not changed in 7 years. Awesome service.

I tend to be long winded at times and I wasn't rushed or cutoff, they listened and heard me while I spoke, which I appreciated. This visit was for my seven year old, so they ensured that all they found, I could see for myself and understood what it all meant. Answered our questions on-site and then gave us time to process the information. . Is that not what we all want in a provider! Again, only our first visit but it was amazing. So now, we have a procedure coming and we'll see how that goes, however, I'm not concerned. Dr. Tahari and hos team seem to have it together. Of note, be prepared to pay for your portion of the visit BEFORE you leave the office. I'm not a huge fan of this practice. I'm of the belief, if you have insurance, the billing should first be sent through the insurance and then send a bill to me for my portion once the insurance advises what my portion is. It is what it is I suppose.

I was standing at the front desk and in a rude tone of voice, Danni said, "do you have an appointment here. Danni was verbally abusive and does not like people, she is not friendly. Danni said something extremely fast. I said I'm sorry, what did you say? She got up out of her chair and was talking very loudly and she said your ID and insurance. I said I can hear you, you do not have to speak to me that loud. Danni got even louder and nastier and said Id and Insurance. I said I just gave that to you. I said I can hear you, you do not have to speak to me like that, you are speaking very loudly. In a nasty aggressive tone she said, well you said you couldn't hear me. I said I did not understand what you said because you were speaking very fast. She got even louder. There was another customer standing at the desk watching all of this. I find it hard to believe that you let an employee mistreat customers like this. Danni needs to be fired and find a job where she is not required to provide excellent customer service. I happened to see my primary care physician, and he recommended Dr. Dhruva. He knew this was urgent and was able to fit me in on a days notice. He informed me of what I was dealing with and what courses of action to take. He laid out detailed steps on what to do if the sinus issue did or did not improve. His diagnosis resonated with me as I had had similar problems ten years ago and this was following the same path. I highly recommend Dr. Dhruva. I have not been happy with previous ENT's that I have visited.

Upon arrival they said they won't have that available until end of January (I came sometime in January as per the doctor mentioned previously). Paid copay for nothing. 2) came back late February or March for the same service and they inform me I needed to make an appointment via some special department for it. Well again, no one told me when I made the appointment and I was very clear when I called. I got visibly upset so they refunded my copay. But still, lots of time wasted with the driving and waiting. 3) third time we waited over an hour for our appointment. Because we love dr nason we let it slide. 4) third time we waited over an hour again. When it's back to back bad service, we need to reconsider finding another clinic. This is a total disrespect for people's time.
