We also booked a room with a balcony, and there was no balcony at all, which was especially disappointing. The lobby is nicer than the rooms, with free coffee, bottled water, and some seating. The front desk staff also came across as unfriendly. On the positive side, it was nice to have an iron and ironing board, and the room size itself wasn't unusually small for a standard hotel room. Still, I was overall surprised by how low the quality was given the price.

They have multiple stores like TJX, Marshalls, and HomeGoods all over the country, but you cannot go in and pay like you can at Macy's or other major retailers. This is so surprising and inconvenient for their customers. I'm complaining about TJX charging interest and other fees even though I pay on time, and as a customer, I have to keep calling to waive them, which they still haven't. This is robbery.
