It's incredibly frustrating that they submit checks after the due date, even though you mail them beforehand, and then you have to keep calling to waive the fees, which they won't. They have multiple stores like TJX, Marshalls, and HomeGoods all over the country, but you cannot go in and pay like you can at Macy's or other major retailers. This is so surprising and inconvenient for their customers. I'm complaining about TJX charging interest and other fees even though I pay on time, and as a customer, I have to keep calling to waive them, which they still haven't. This is robbery.

When I went in to pay a different man helped at the counter and he too was very nice and had a nice personal conversation with him. So I went today for my four new tires. I asked for the tech who would be working on my vehicle to wear a mask and gloves while in the vehicle because of Covid. They did not have a problem with the request and even stated they had already sprayed the bay right before my arrival. There were three service men that were there and all were very pleasant and offered advice regarding their free tire services which I didn't even know I was eligible for. The car seemed ok as I drove home. Should the tires fall off, I'll update the review, but for now, very pleased. Side note, my vehicle had a bad nut?, apparently it was stripped by a shop I had previously brought it to for brakes/struts. They told me how to get a new nut? from the company and not the dealership (where they would charge huge money.)

Tell them to park in the back of that massive parking lot. It's so tacky. On a side note, the store is a 4 star, truly hit or miss. Sometimes you have great finds and sometimes the same stuff is sitting there for weeks.
