TLDR: Simply the BEST and Biggest hotel room we have had the pleasure of occupying, if only for a night. The view of the Fort Point Channel was expansive, including duck paddle boats and reenactments of tossing crates of tea into the harbor. Room 941 also boasted a king bed, chaise lounge, sofa, chair, mini bar, workstation and soaking tub! There is a $39 resort fee which includes a $30 credit for the attached Bar Fellini or Matria restaurant. The $65 valet parking allows you to drop your car at the entrance and retrieve at a lower level garage. Think you're going to grap a bell trolley and start loading your suitcases? Hold on there cowpoke, because this isnt a Staybridge. Their bell service will delivery all necessary items to your room, and retrieve them when you're ready to check out. If you're Ambassador level, you are guaranteed a 4pm late checkout, dont let them fool you. Also, if you have an Annual Lounge Membership reward, then you'll be enjoying the 12th floor club, where they serve breakfast, drinks all day, and lite bites after 5. Our only issue occurred at check-in. The host declined our request for a 4pm checkout, and could not locate our lounge membership, requiring us to pull it up and show him. A call to the IHG support center confirmed the late checkout was a guarantee, and a secondary call to the front desk locked it in, even though I was asked if I wanted to exercise my guarantee, as the hotel was quite booked.

From the beginning, we had friendly service helping us with storing our luggage until check in, great local recommendations for food and bars. The rooms are nice with comfortable pillows. When the bar closed, there was a young woman that told us to leave rather rudely. But other than that, the stay was great.

People I have spoken to have said they were shocked at what a bad haircut it was. I paid 84.00 for a haircut that will take at least a year to grow back. Don't ever go to PetSmart in Raynham.
