Left this review on Google already - but I'm more of a Yelp user so I wanted to share with this…read morecrowd: Disclaimer: The review is about only the store manager, not the staff. The staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable. Very frustrated by my experience today. I lost my wallet about a month ago and a week and a half ago saw a voicemail from the Tractor Supply saying they may have found my wallet in their parking lot. I was so excited, and called to verify it was mine. I let them know I was away and would be by in about a week to pick it up. They said it would be in the office for me. Flash forward to today and I find out they threw away my wallet. I am so frustrated not just because I called them so recently to verify, but because now my cards and identification information are at risk and unprotected. When I learned they had it, I unfroze my credit/debit cards so I could continue using them online - come to find out they've actually been tossed... I'm so upset to have lost all of my cards, and the family photos I had in the wallet. Especially given my address was there, they should have given such sensitive material to the police, not the garbage can. I'm really sad that I won't be going here anymore, as the staff was always friendly to me. Going to switch to a local grain store that may be more patient in their store policies instead of throwing away people's belongings after confirming they can be picked up. Since I'm reviewing, I will also add that that incorrectly sexed the baby chicks I bought from the store. I paid extra to get female pullets but half were roosters, which change the dynamic of a flock entirely. I later learned that Tractor Supply is known among the chicken community to have higher rates of this error.

OTL is one of the few daycare/boarding centers with large playrooms and constant staff attention. He always comes home and is totally tuckered out. Additionally, Trevor gets groomed by OTL. The scent of the month is always something great, he came home with a hint of sugar cookie around Christmas! Thanks to the OTL Team for taking great care of my right hand man!

The day I was supposed to be released, I was very ill. We emailed Petworks to ask if the dogs could stay a little longer; they could. That happened again, and again. Every time, Steve and Cheryl told us to focus on my healing and not worry about the dogs. It was a month before I was out of danger and well enough for my husband to not be with me 24/7. That entire month, Cheryl and Steve and their team took care of our dogs (10, 13, and 14 years) who'd never been boarded and must have been confused. It was an incredible gift to know our dogs were safe and well cared for. We're forever grateful and wholeheartedly recommend Petworks.

I'm kind of sort of heartbroken that I've moved away from the area and I can no longer bring my dog…read morehere. We used to bring him to a wonderful daycare in Mansfield. However, when my husband and I changed jobs, we need a place with longer hours to accommodate our commute. We brought him to Petworks and it's the greatest. You can tell that everyone here is incredibly passionate about the animals who come here. The owner, Stephen, is an amazing guy. Actually everyone there is pretty amazing. We were "those customers"--our dog as our little fur baby, so we're needy and worrisome and the type of customer most would rolls their eyes at. We never felt as though they were burdened. Quite the opposite, they cared for my dog the way I personally would, and for that I owe them the world. It's great to have that peace of mind. Additionally, my dog is an Australian Shepherd, so he's incredibly energetic and quite difficult to tire out. Every day he'd come home happily pooped, and every morning he'd pull his way in to see all of his daycare friends. Our dog was also groomed here on several occasions, and he's challenging to wash and cut (he isn't a fan of baths and he is a giant fluff ball with a lot of fur), and they did an amazing job. Honestly, I can't recommend this place enough, and for me that's rare. There is 1 review on here from years ago claiming her dog caught kennel cough, but Petworks requires you have your dog immunized for kennel cough, so I would take that with a grain of salt. To everyone at Petworks, thank you for the 200+ times you took care of my Yawkey (yes, I sat down and actually did the math). Anyone who's lucky enough to live within close proximity to Petworks, bring your dog here! You won't regret it.

My wife and I are extremely happy that we discovered this place a while back when we started a new saltwater tank (the first of several!) We're pretty much regulars at this point, often visiting this store every week or two. Our kids love it here as well, and they look forward to seeing all the interesting marine life and learning more about the hobby whenever we stop in. John, the owner, came off as a bit standoffish at first but he's actually very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is often quite busy and I get the impression that he deals with a large number of people who come in the shop just to look at interesting fish or "kick the tires." He warmed up after we had been there two or three times and it became obvious we were interested in more than just looking around. He's provided some great insight, has special ordered a few bulbs for me, etc. I think one of the most telling things about Sea Creatures is the fact that there's almost always one or two "fish guys" around. There are numerous avid hobbyists who frequent this location and at least one can generally be found sitting in the store chatting with the owner and customers about their tanks, giving friendly advice, discussing various setups, etc. As far as I know none of these individuals is employed by the shop and they simply choose to hang around out of their love for the hobby. To me, this speaks volumes about the type of place Sea Creatures really is. This isn't a store that was opened just to make a buck like the big box chain stores. In fact, the owner has actually discouraged me from buying things on several occasions (he indicated that I didn't need a few items I had planned to buy and told me it would be a waste of money to purchase them.) This is a place that cares about the animals and the hobbyists equally and actively seeks to promote a friendly learning environment for people of all experience/knowledge levels. I've attached pictures of some of the "sea creatures" in my home that we've gotten here to date! All in all, this is an exceptional place. I anticipate my family and I continuing to be regular customers for a long time to come.
