Thrilled to have had her help us navigate our design choices for our bathroom remodel. The store's selection and pricing is good although they don't do a very good job balancing the inventory across all of their stores. I'm having to drive up from the South Shore to Danvers for some of the tiles. Apparently they don't to store-to-store transfers? Also the order pickup area's staff isn't super professional. They picked our order and were riding the warehouse palette jack, screwing around, which caused a few of our boxes to topple order. We're relieved nothing was damaged but I wonder what OSHA would have to say about that. Also why does the staff here never, ever, ever pickup the phone? We tried calling the store over a dozen times for a quick question, over the course of a few days, and nobody ever picked up...

Left this review on Google already - but I'm more of a Yelp user so I wanted to share with this…read morecrowd: Disclaimer: The review is about only the store manager, not the staff. The staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable. Very frustrated by my experience today. I lost my wallet about a month ago and a week and a half ago saw a voicemail from the Tractor Supply saying they may have found my wallet in their parking lot. I was so excited, and called to verify it was mine. I let them know I was away and would be by in about a week to pick it up. They said it would be in the office for me. Flash forward to today and I find out they threw away my wallet. I am so frustrated not just because I called them so recently to verify, but because now my cards and identification information are at risk and unprotected. When I learned they had it, I unfroze my credit/debit cards so I could continue using them online - come to find out they've actually been tossed... I'm so upset to have lost all of my cards, and the family photos I had in the wallet. Especially given my address was there, they should have given such sensitive material to the police, not the garbage can. I'm really sad that I won't be going here anymore, as the staff was always friendly to me. Going to switch to a local grain store that may be more patient in their store policies instead of throwing away people's belongings after confirming they can be picked up. Since I'm reviewing, I will also add that that incorrectly sexed the baby chicks I bought from the store. I paid extra to get female pullets but half were roosters, which change the dynamic of a flock entirely. I later learned that Tractor Supply is known among the chicken community to have higher rates of this error.

A store with a large selection and exceptional staff…read more A quick look at Ken's website will confirm that they have a large and varied stock of items. Partly why I fist headed to Ken' is that they had items I could not find elsewhere or on Amazon. Ken's makes a concerted effort to stock hard to find items including canister filter parts. This is my yearly stop for "O rings" and food grade lubricant for servicing my aquarium canister filters. Ken's prices are also very competitive. I recently purchased a Fluval 407, and their Black Friday price beat Amazon and all others. The staff is another reason they excel over many online chain stores. If I go in with a problem, they give me affordable options. In one case, the staff member told me they had no fix; however, he knew where I should go for the solution. That professionalism is one reason why I drive the distance for this store. They have online sales; however, I prefer in store pickup. If I purchase at Ken's website, my purchases are always ready at the register. Ken's does not sell live pets; however, they have most everything a pet could want. This will continue to be my go to location for pet and fish supplies. Give it a try !

I was very impressed that I was greeted immediately and I was able to ask a store associate for help and obtain it right away. Ben sat down on the floor with Bailey to help fit different harnesses. Although all of the harnesses didn't quite fit;; I thoroughly appreciated Ben"s help and his kindness towards both dogs. We ended up leaving with pill pockets and chew treats. Susan was also great and provided snacks for the dogs (and a couple pieces of a biscuit to go). The store was immaculate and very well-organized. The aisles are adequately spaced and products are arranged in a practical "layout." Very clean restrooms also. A plus when traveling with a dog that wears diapers. :-)

We ran out of paint partway through the job and went back to the store and purchased another gallon, same color. As the paint from the second gallon was drying we quickly became aware that the paint color was a about two shades darker with the second can. I brought the can back to the store and was told they wouldn't do anything about it until I brought both cans in together. Fortunately the first can had a small amount of paint left, so we returned to the store. They examined the paint and said they couldn't see a difference so the only option the manager offered was for us to purchase another gallon. He then stated we must not of stirred the paint and did not seem to believe us when we assured him we had stirred it. I invited the manager to come to my home to see the difference in color but he refused. After some 'discussion' he said he would arrange for a sales person to come out to see the paint on the wall. I also asked for his district manager's name and phone number.. When I returned home I went online to their corporate website and navigated to a phone number where I could speak with someone to make a complaint. She researched the appropriate person, which was the same 'Jason' the store had given me. She took notes of my complaint and promised to email him directly and said I would hear back from him. At this point about three weeks have passed and I have not heard a word from this 'Jason' and I also have not been contacted by a sales person to come out to my home to see the difference in the color. 1. Sherwin-Williams did not stand by their product 2. The store manager implied that we had done something wrong by stating we must have not have stirred the paint. 3. The store manager lied to me when promising that a sales person would set up a time to see the differences in the room. 4. This 'Jason' never contacted me at all. This experience has left me with a very bitter taste in my mouth. I will never return to this store and also will advise my friends and family to not go there as well...
