The black gentleman with the dreads was EXTREMELY rude! When I came in and said hello, how are you? He said. Mmhmm and did not even look up from what he was doing to greet me or anything. And then when I obviously seemed frustrated, he was rude for the duration of my visit. Why is it so difficult to show up to work and treat customers with a smile and make them feel welcome and wanted? This is the second time I've had an issue with the same gentleman he's consistently rude and snobby and treats people like he doesn't want them in his store. The sad part is that my company has probably spent over $50,000 in these stores and you would think that that would buy you a little bit of courtesy now I'm starting to understand while a lot of these people are going to the Mom and pop shops Tractor supply y'all need to do better with your employees. I went into the tractor supply store to buy blank egg cartons, specifically a 24-pack, for a market event tomorrow. Cena greeted me at the door and assisted me in finding the egg cartons, but they were covered with a log. When I asked her about the blank ones, she told me to check aisle 9. After finding nothing on the shelf, I returned to the front and spoke with the team lead, who said they were out of the blank cartons. I brought up the website listing, and although the team lead was certain they were out, Cena proactively checked the stockroom and located the last package of blank cartons. Do not order online for deliver. They advertise "same day by 2pm" but then make all kinds of excuses of why it's not really same day. I run a dog rescue, and have a full time job. I knew I would be home late, my SUV was full of construction materials for my job, and was out of dog food. I bit the bullet and paid the $30 fee to have 3 bags of dog food to be delivered by 2pm. *I ordered the night before around 10pm I started tracking the order around 4pm and saw it had not even left the store. I called, sat on hold forever. I final gave up and then tried again to sit on hold at 6pm trying to see if it was indeed going to be delivered today. I don't come here often but I do maybe once or twice a year for pine pellets. You can't beat their price: 40lbs for $6.99. Walmart sells a "feline pine cat litter" in a 20lbs bag for $11.18, which would equate to $22.36 for the same 40lb amount. Aside from using it in the cat boxes to help reduce odor, we use these pine pellets in our compost pile if it needs more "brown matter." The whole family loves taking a look at the baby chicks and ducklings while visiting Tractor Supply. I tried to convince my husband to let us have a few ducks and he said no. Haha. Used Tractor Supply on North Main St. for products, pet washing, and propane. Staff has always been helpful on the floor and work to get people checked-out quickly on busy days. read more

Went two different days to get our propane tank filled. We were told to go outside and they'd meet us out there in a few minutes. We waited 10 minutes each time we went and left both times because no one ever went outside to help us. read more

I bought senior horsefeed in the store two weeks ago. I spent $120 on this horse feed. I opened a bag this evening to feed my horse and there was mold throughout the entire bag of feed. I proceeded to open all three other bags and every one of them had mold in them. I am out of $120. I will be looking for another feed store to purchase my feed from now on. I took my two (one 90 lbs and one 105lb) Akitas to the pet washing booth at the Pearland, TX location. The staff was GREAT! The lead staff person at the cash register actually held our place in line whilst we waited for the family in front of us to finish with their dog. I was at this location this evening in Pearland on Main (highway 35) I walked into the store at 7:55 pm. I was concerned about the closing time, so I looked for operating hours posted outside of the store. I was told by a gentleman (employee) at the checkout who was standing next to the Cashier that they were closing at 8pm. The tone that he used was loud and rude. I told him that the posted hours were 9pm. He said they were wrong. If the hours posted are 9pm they should be open until 9pm. Please post 8pm. The staff needs to be trained to not be rude when customers enter the store. I understand that the store is closing, but the delivery of the message that the store is closing needs to be much better.
