When I took her to the vet, I was informed that two ingrown toenails had been removed during her grooming appointment. My biggest concern is that no one told me this happened. If a procedure was performed or there was an issue with my dog's nails, I should have been informed when I picked her up. Instead, I was left wondering why my dog was suddenly limping and in pain. I understand that accidents and unexpected situations can happen, but communication with pet owners is extremely important. Had I been told about the ingrown toenails and their removal, I would have known what to expect and how to properly care for my dog afterward. I'm disappointed by the lack of communication and hope management addresses this issue so other pet owners are fully informed about anything that occurs during their pet's grooming appointment.

As a first-time customer and a single mom veteran, I wanted to share a more detailed experience…read more During my visit, I purchased basic starter items and supplies, and my total came close to $300. At checkout, I was informed that purchases of this size do not qualify for a veteran discount, which was unexpected and not clearly communicated beforehand. The store environment is clean, organized, and very nice visually, making it a pleasant place to browse. However, the pricing on many essential items--particularly beginner supplies and fish--seems noticeably higher compared to other local options. For someone just starting out, the cost can add up quickly without clear value advantages. It would be helpful if the store provided more transparency around discount policies and offered better pricing or starter bundles for beginners. While the shopping experience itself is positive, the overall value for the price paid may not meet expectations for budget-conscious customers.

Decided upon a little girl I had my eye on. She was still available so we (husband and I proceeded forward with Ms. E.; who's the owner of YofH.) We had the online meeting and then decided to drive to pick her up. I love that she's already on a schedule. She sleeps through the night; greets us in the morning and we hang out all day. She has already been to her new vet and has a clean checkup. He was pleased with her. She's been a delight.

Today I tried to buy some cat food, but the line was so long, and it was taking so much time just to buy a bag of cat food that I left it near the cash register and walked out. There are some positive aspects to this Pet Smart. Six months ago, I had a really bad experience with a groomer who was extremely rude and disrespectful, but the manager was professional and corrected the error by providing a refund for the grooming. That particular groomer is no longer at this location. I think the management is friendly and helpful, but they definitely need more cashiers.

Shame on this company for breeding dogs that are clearly sick and suffering. I'm not even sure if…read moreshe has a proper breeding license, but regardless, it's heartbreaking to see animals treated like products instead of living beings. Breeding should be about the health and well-being of the dogs, not just profit. I've seen an alarming number of reviews reporting dogs dying, developing heart failure, missing teeth, and even having broken hips. It's absolutely disgusting and deeply disturbing. No animal deserves to be brought into the world just to suffer, and breeders who neglect their responsibility like this should be held fully accountable. If you choose to respond to this review, it doesn't matter. Karma is a real thing and you're gonna be sued eventually by multiple different people I've already seen Paperwork on different social media platforms of people suing you

WBU is the BEST!…read more This is one of my favourite places to shop when I really want to spoil myself (and also benefit my local wildlife). Without fail, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and so much fun to chat with. Whenever I have an order delivered to my home, I can always count on Jeff to provide service with a smile. He is such a wonderful, caring soul, as is the entire staff at the store. They are truly passionate about birds and it SHOWS. I always enjoy trading photos and videos of bird activity, and have gotten some great product recommendations, too. WBU also brings in experts from time to time for special presentations, often with live ambassador animals. As you never know what a particular bird will do when being shown, the results are often hilarious (and occasionally a little messy). These presentations are a big hit with kids and adults alike, and I always learn something new about the animals that we share our little blue marble with. Lest I forget... When she's on the premises, Gracie is always a delightful member of the staff to interact with. She is always more than happy to be spoiled with lots and lots of petting. Keep up the great work, my WBU family. You have a lifetime customer here.
