Cena greeted me at the door and assisted me in finding the egg cartons, but they were covered with a log. When I asked her about the blank ones, she told me to check aisle 9. After finding nothing on the shelf, I returned to the front and spoke with the team lead, who said they were out of the blank cartons. I brought up the website listing, and although the team lead was certain they were out, Cena proactively checked the stockroom and located the last package of blank cartons. Her commitment to helping me was noteworthy, and I appreciate her efforts in providing excellent customer service.

The black gentleman with the dreads was EXTREMELY rude!…read more When I came in and said hello, how are you? He said. Mmhmm and did not even look up from what he was doing to greet me or anything. And then when I obviously seemed frustrated, he was rude for the duration of my visit. Why is it so difficult to show up to work and treat customers with a smile and make them feel welcome and wanted? This is the second time I've had an issue with the same gentleman he's consistently rude and snobby and treats people like he doesn't want them in his store. The sad part is that my company has probably spent over $50,000 in these stores and you would think that that would buy you a little bit of courtesy now I'm starting to understand while a lot of these people are going to the Mom and pop shops Tractor supply y'all need to do better with your employees. You have a great thing happening please don't let them ruin it.
