I brought up the website listing, and although the team lead was certain they were out, Cena proactively checked the stockroom and located the last package of blank cartons. Should not be difficult. And it was not. I inquired about manager. Spoke to manager. He brought up my transaction. I was able to review. He refunded me on over charged item. I couldn't recall what else I had been over charged on. But being taken care of, listened to means a lot. I was surprised to receive a small refund.
