Not knowing where shit is here, I see a employee dressed in blue. She helped me find a charger and even let me open it (after paying), and plug it in right there to see if it actually charged my laptop. YES! it works so $40 bucks later, back charging! It's a big store with decent parking and street access and there's a big giant security guard that scans your receipt and item on the way out. I'm glad this store was here!

I used a credit card and do a chargeback and cause all kinds of fee's but instead I opted to give them one day and then return again. but the treatment was semi-polite " if the customer who has receipt is right" Then there is an override, in retail sales myself and know better. they just didn't want to figure it out and give the money back. sad thing to do at Christmas, maybe shop where there is better knowledge of the operations of a register.

I tried to swap out the battery at the store today because the package says that the battery has a 3 year warranty right on the packaging. And the customer service lady was very rude and snappy with me. Telling me that it's not their problem, and I need to contact the Hart company. She did nothing to try to help me out. A brand new battery for this lawnmower cost $216.00. That's almost as much as I paid for the lawn mower. Walmart is selling this stuff, but they don't stand behind the products that they're selling. I worked for walmart in the 90's, and they always stood behind the product's that sold, Whether you had a receipt or not. Now, this lady barely gave me the time of day when I have a real genuine concern. I will no longer purchase any cordless Hart brand tools from any walmart, if that's the way they're going to treat loyal customers. Lol I was amazed with how clean and well organized this location was! The one where we live went out of business a number of years ago, but when it was in business it was always dark, dingy, and kind of a mess. This location seems to be really well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, the lines were kept to a minimum and the shelves were all well stocked and organized which is amazing for the day after Thanksgiving. I got there right at 11am and was greeted by a friendly lady in the returns department. The return was easy and the credit went back to the card. I did not have alot of time so i perused the store and saw some clothes that had been deeply discounted ( near the shoe area). They had a nice display of clothes and shoes. The perfume and makeup section looked really nice as well. They had great discounts on luggage and backpacks. To the left of the store there is a separate JC Pennys building that carries mens clothes and childrens apparel. In that building they also carry some appliances. But, then there is only 1 check out area, with mostly self-checkouts (with no one to assist understanding how to use them) and 1 (ONE) register person with a waiting line of 5-6 customers. Both times, angelic people had taken both my items to the customer service kiosk in the back of the store without hesitation. Nothing was stolen out of my wallet and my glasses were intact when I got them back. I just wanted to thank those people and I hope that good karma comes back to them ten fold. There are good people everywhere! A review on the store itself: the staff are always kind and helpful. They have sooo many options for clothes and home decor.
