They are the only organization anywhere within a couple hours every direction that helps with tnr, so it's really sad that they became useless. (She does not do Any vaccinations.) She did not even touch the animal and just asked questions, but did not listen. Then proceeded to try and sell us some dog food formulas that we did not even ask for that were not organic or even a healthy or a good fit for our dog. I did my research once home. Then she wanted to sell us some Chinese herbs that are for dogs that again are not organic or tested for contaminants or heavy metals. Nothing against the Chinese, however herbs from that country that are for people have has some bad track records in those departments. So what is the chance these are reputable herbs for dogs without being tested. We brought him in for an ear situation and she barley lifted his ears for a diagnosis and from not touching our dog first he was extremely startled. We paid and felt like we paid for nothing. Holistic practitioner is something she is not. Veterinarian probably but not a good one. We've been to countless DVM's in our lives, since we are in our 50's and have been raised on farms with many animals and this is our 5th German Shepherd. We have never experienced this lack of care or knowledge. We had to take him to a more qualified veterinarian and pay twice but for much more valued service and the DVM had a much more vast knowledge of herbal protocols, and could help with the one vaccine we wanted, since we don't want many of the vaccines that are out there because of ingredients and combination vaccines. We also have a dear friend who had her come over to their home for a euthanization and she botched that up and the poor dog was yelping in pain and still charged for her mistakes. I contacted her and asked if we could see her when we moved to this area. She agreed. When I took my dog to see her she was very professional and compassionate. She has the kind of knowledge I was seeking out. When we met her my dog had lost his fur from chewing and was bleeding and unable to sleep because of the atopy. After only 2 weeks of being on the prescribed Chinese herbs my dog was healing and living a quality life again. I have had him on the herbs for over 3 years now and he's still doing great.
