I got there at 7:02 and they said "not tonight! We stopped buying an hour early." So I went back the next morning and was told I should've brought the clothes in hampers, and to leave them for about an hour. So I went back two hours later only to find that they bought two items for a total of six dollars! They want items within two years old and they claimed these were women's clothes even though they were size extra small with labels like Abercrombie, Hollister, and American Eagle. I will never be going back to this place to sell clothes again! It cost me more in gas for my three trips than we made!

The Nike clothing is locked up and you have to find someone to help you unlock to be able to try on. They had one person working on the bottom floor. She had to run the register, help unlock items, and assist in finding things for customers. With that being said we did find some good deals on the clearance rack. It was just an odd experience.

They put the shoes on hold and they were ready for pickup when I came here. The girl who assisted me was really nice. But $70 for Jessica Simpson sandals? Methinks not. I'd say more like $40. And I hardly call that "designer." Although--I will add that I find it quite ridiculous that both Jessica Simpson and Steve Madden shoes are priced as high as (if not more than) better designer shoes. While DSW does have an occasional BCBG, Calvin Klein pump, most are over-price nonsense brands I've never heard of... Maybe I'm looking at the wrong sections? The boots were hit or miss--if you're looking for designer brands you've heard of? There are a few, but most are still around $150, especially for leather. And I didn't see any that blew my mind. Otherwise it's mostly that super-cheap looking faux leather, like the ones you see in the windows of Charlotte Russe, but 5x more expensive. Mens prices and brands seemed more spot on. My sister and I looked around for a bit and she really hit the jackpot with a unique Calvin Klein heel for around $40. I was quite jealous! But that was really the best deal we found. Other than that, I think they could lower their prices on everything by at least $15-20--based on what they carry.

We were so impressed with her sense of style, awesome customer service, and professional yet down to earth demeanor. We will never go anywhere without starting here to look for a dress! We paid for the dress and then she had my daughter pose with a cute "I said yes to the dress" sigh, which was an adorable touch! We will be back!

The store was well organized; however they have tags with different colors and where I'm from those colors tend to coordinate with daily sales so I asked a lady who worked there what they meant and she said usually they have daily sales but everything was 50% off today and I even clarified "only holiday stuff?" And she responded the whole store so I was all gongho, filling my hands with shirts and unnecessary holiday decor cuz everything is so cheap, only to get to the register and I hear everyone in line complaining about what the signs posted all over the store states. Apparently last week if you spent $50, they sent you a coupon for 50% off and you would have to know that in order to understand there is no sale whatsoever unless you have that coupon. So why not take the dumb signs down? What a headache for everyone. Also, maybe educate your employees because they also do not understand. Sincerely, a customer who is unimpressed with this experience and probably will skip next time we're in town.

I usually visit Dillard's once a year for holiday dresses first checking the inventory online. This time I had an unplanned Dillard's visit while used it as a shortcut to the mall. MERCHANDISE: The store has a vast inventory. The men's clothing and shoe section is especially stylish. There are a lot of brown toned garments and shoes perfect for fall. The shoe section indicated deals from $99 to $139. That seems like a great value for high-quality shoes. MY FINDS: I didn't plan to make any purchases since I was just passing through the store. Instead I found Origins skincare line. It's currently hard to find it in stores due to major beauty retailers pulling it from their shelves. I was able to purchase a gift set. It's my preferred skincare, so I'm happy to find another retailer that carries it for future purchase. SERVICE: The service was very nice. Associates were friendly and smiling. This experience indicated that the service tremendously improved over the years. I look forward to my next visits to Dillard's. I'll be back soon to experience and purchase more Origins products.
