I wouldn't have been upset if she turned out to be a male, but for potty training purposes I really wanted a female this time around. Determining the sex of a young, small animal is pretty damn difficult when they're so young, so major props to Kayla. This rabbit is 100% potty trained with literally zero effort. She has a great temperament--never aggressive, looooves her toys, jumping around the house, and running circles around the cat. She would rather not cuddle, but she will tolerate being handled and pet if she has too. ;) After my rabbit of six years passed away due to complications after a surgery, I really wanted a new rabbit ASAP. I am so so so happy with this very healthy, smart, energetic rabbit. Thank you, Petland.

My favorite was hiking gear and hiking beds for dogs. Some of the leashes, collars, and clothes were highly reflective. I felt it was a great idea to dress up your companion for hiking. Even though my dogs wouldn't agree. Few things concerned me. I'm a noticer though many customers wouldn't probably notice these things. First is cat grass by the checkout was pretty badly wilted. Not just one of the pots but multiple. It made me question the longevity of this pet grass after purchase. Second is I was standing by the cat adoption area and noticed that litter boxes were not clean. Not for the one cat that was there and not in the empty spaces. This really made me think whether the same happens in the pet hotel. I don't board my pets at PetSmart but mentioning this for the sake of anyone who does. Overall, there are only slight suggestions for improvement. I would visit this store again due to how organized it is!
