Not only did she give her a great bath but she was able to trim Leila's nails. To give some context, Leila usually has to be sedated by our Vet to trim her nails. Denise asked if she could try and I am so glad I agreed because she got three out of four paws done! That is a huge thing for my dog. Everyone at Yuppy Puppy is so nice and you can tell they do excellent work by just looking at them working in the back. The shop is always clean and it's very easy to make an appointment. I felt their prices were very good, especially for the great job they did. We will definitely be back!

The soonest my vet could see my dog.. She told me if my dog stayed he would be caged ALL DAY. She treated me like a child, it was humiliating and totally unprofessional. I would no longer recommend this facility. new manager needs a big lesson on customer service!!!!!!!!!! I had to take my dog home and cancel the plans I had made.

Grooming an older cat can be tricky and obviously risky, which can make the kitty (and kitty's mommy) very anxious of the experience. Lynda came directly to my residence to ensure the most comfortable environment for my cat. The moment she arrived, I knew we were in the best possible hands. Lynda was gentle, patient and clearly experienced. She took the time to understand my cat's needs, including her health condition, her thin and sensitive skin and she adjusted her approach quickly. She even turned peaceful purring music which calmed my cat... and me to be honest. What impressed me most was her calm, reassuring manner and how she prioritized my kitty's comfort before all else. My cat is like a new kitten, she comfortable, beautiful, soft, happy and so loving! Her coat is smooth matte and tangle-free. I had searched and searched and was turned down by all vets and groomers that I had contacted due to the age of my cat. Lynda was the only person willing to take on that risk so that my kitty could live comfortably. It's rare to find someone with exceptional grooming skills and a genuine live for animals, especially senior ones. I'm beyond grateful ad will absolutely call and refer Lynda anytime needed. I whole heartedly recommend Lynda with Bella Mio above any and all else. She's not just a groomer, she's a beautiful soul and definitely a cat whisperer!

They never took you off the schedule! See you then!" Tuesday, I drive there. I love the receptionist! Always friendly and pleasant! Not just to you she always greets your fur baby too! She was kinda quiet? I said appt is with Alyssa B. She walks in the back. I'm still at the counter. She's talking with Alyssa B as this is the first time I've seen her. I hear Alyssa B say, "she canceled yesterday. I got a note, put another DOG in the spot!!" I respond, "excuse me . . . I called back to see if the appointment was still available and was told I was in lucky! It was still on the schedule." Alyssa looked at me. Eye contact - took her right hand and closed the door! I sat waiting, then decided HELL NO! Only an unruly teenager acts like that! Not a professional! My question, if she could treat me so rudely- would you trust her grooming your Fur Baby? I will NEVER as in NEVER EVER go there again! Not a call from anyone to apologize? I've always been extremely generous with tips, I've also left snacks!
