We paid for in advance to pick it up we made it back to vet but unfortunately 2 minutes late they were not in their car had just locked the door and and would not go back into the building to give us the medication. We already paid for my husband was reasonably upset & they called the police to call my husband to tell my husband and that we were no longer allowed on their property or in their business and yet they have still not given me my money back for the medication that they didn't even care if our dog needed it or not because it was two minutes outside hours

The owner Stacy along with her employees are friendly, helpful and the pride of ownership of the shop really shines through. Anytime I bring my dog June Bug in there, she is showered with treats and fawned over. Stacy is so knowledgeable as she has fur kids of her own. She will know what to recommend to anything you are looking for. This store is a gem, I would highly recommend.
