This groomer is the best groomer I have ever ever been to. The owners name is Colleen and she did a fantastic job with my heavily matted golden doodle. I told her upfront that I was aware that they were probably going to have to shave him down to nothing including his ears. Colleen assured me that this would be the last resort that she would give 100% effort to make sure she didn't have to shave him down. She took her time with my dog, was very kind and loving and patient with my dog. I could see how some people would get frustrated because he was heavily matted but she did not get frustrated and as a result got all the madding out and we did not have to shave my dog down. I highly recommend Colleen as a groomer

Based on her passive aggressive behavior, I feared she would take it out on my dog. I eagerly took her invitation & walked out! Clearly this young lady has some serious issues & I will pray for her, allow I will not allow my precious pup to be victim to her irrational behavior & I suggest you think long & hard as to if you want to subject your dog as well. They used to greet my dog with treats and make him feel comfortable because he (like most pets that go to the groomer) gets anxious. They used to take their time and be patient with him, but now no more. If he even moves an inch on their table or shies away when they first try to blow dry him, they immediately stop grooming him and ask us to pick him up and hand him back to us unfinished. Unprofessional, zero patience, and total lack of understanding of how to groom a sweet dog that has some anxiety is what comes to mind when I think of PetSmart grooming. If you can't handle a dog with a minor case of anxiety, then maybe you shouldn't groom dogs in the first place! Never taking my dog back here again.

Our dog got injured while there for daycare and no one notified us. We tried asking for details around how our dog would've gotten a cut that requires stitches, but they screened our calls and didn't answer. I know this because I had a coworker call immediately after me and they answered right away. We ended up having to go there to inquire what happened; they were dismissive. Thankfully, they did reimburse us for the emergency vet care after several emails being exchanged. I understand dogs can be dogs and accidents can happen, but the lack of responsiveness and accountability is worrisome. They also claimed to not have cameras in the areas where the dogs are which I'm not sure how that's possible from a liability standpoint .
