I have now left my puppy, Scout, in their care twice and I can't say enough good things about them. When I dropped him off this last time, he was immediately ready to go back and seemed to remember the place & seemed happy to be back. They give you updates throughout your dogs stay, spend lots of quality time with the dogs, and my dog always comes home tired from all the fun he has had. At the end of the stay, you get a "report card" letting you know how everything went. They also are extremely friendly and do everything to make you comfortable about leaving your fur baby. My husband and I have a very difficult rescue dachsund and have not been able to leave him anywhere for several years. We were concerned that he would harm the staff because he is so scared. Shania convinced me that they could manage him safely. He stayed for 3 days with his accompanying little dachsund and they did beautifully. No one was bitten. They were glad to be home. Wiggle Butt Inn is amazing. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Shania will put your mind at ease! We never boarded our dogs. We were so scared that they wouldn't be taken care of. It came down to us really needing some help and we referred to Wiggle Butt and I am so glad we were!!! Shania was so understanding of our concerns and the dogs did great! I'm not sure why this place doesn't have a 100000 star rating! This is BY FAR the ABSOLUTE BEST Kennel/Boarding facility I have ever. EVER!! We have a reactive dog, who is very particular with who she allows to be around us and herself. From day 1!!!! They said, bring her! We will help. I was scared out of my motherloving mind! When I tell you my hands and body were shaking like crazy, believe it. I dropped her off and prayed to the good lord above I wouldn't get a phone call asking me to pick her up because she's nuts. Nope. You know what I did receive though? Pictures, and texts. Showing us how she was doing, updating us to let us know she was in great hands. Shania has gone over and above so many times, from changing our booking times, squeezing us in when there is space, and honestly just checking in to see how her general health is going. She even started a group called wiggle-walks. Where people can come together and try to walk reactive and nonreactive dogs together. (Currently on hold for cold season). This Business is doing more than just watching your pets. They educate, they work with the community, they care. They are family. Give them a shot. read more

I went and check this place out today because I need to board my dogs. I haven't boarded them in about five years. The person I boarded them with no longer does it. After having an inside tour of this facility. I would never leave my dog here. This facility isn't even as nice as the Ravenna and Summit County pound in my opinion. The indoor space for the dog is very small pretty much sleeping space only. It appears that they hose the place down every morning so it's very damp and cold. The dogs have a little fake wood platform to get off the cold floor. The longer haired poodle mixes that I saw seem to do fine there. However, a shorter hair dog I saw appeared cold and stressed out Shaking like mad. Nothing in his sleeping area for comfort or softness. When I first walked in and the woman was giving me details about this facility she said they supplied the beds and blankets but I could bring an extra blanket if I wanted to. Apparently they only put that stuff down at night the dog must sit on a hard piece of artificial wood on the floor all day. Cause much of this facility is old and worn out. The smell of urine permeates the grooming building and the boarding building. I was very disappointed as I kind a like the concept of an indoor outdoor run but not when it's damp and cold. My dogs are used to sleeping in the house 24 seven and relaxing on a comfy bed. When I asked about there being no blankets or beds in the indoor area the woman told me that they only allow them at night because some dogs will take them to the outdoor run and tear them up. My nine-year-old large dogs are used to comfort an indoor living. I would never board them at this facility. read more

I hadn't found a great groomer for a reasonable price until I came here. I wasn't able to take my dogs to the groomer for a while because of COVID, but I finally got to take them in! They were nervous going into the groomer, but when I picked them up, they were so happy! The pups looked great too. They got a bath, brush, cut, nails trimmed, teeth brushed and a gland extraction. They also got their own bandanas! It was a very reasonable price, and I definitely think I will be back! read more

I will forever be indebted to Shania, her mom and Wiggle Butt Inn. My mom had knee surgery and had some complications making it impossible for her to come home. My husband is highly allergic to dogs and we could not keep him at our home. I called Wiggle Butt on a Wednesday at lunch time (while Toby was being neutered) and she accepted him with open arms. Not even 24 hours after surgery I might add.. I never once worried about him while he was there and they took care of him like he was their own! He ended up having to stay for 3 weeks and they were so kind and understanding of the situation. I will recommend Wiggle Butt to anyone looking for services in the future!!! read more

I have never met such nice and welcoming people as Shania and those that work at Wiggle Butt Inn!!!! They helped me in an emergency situation with kenneling my 2 dogs. One of who is very anxious.
