For reference, I used to attend Kent State University so that is why my dog visits Memorial Animal Hospital as his regular vet (who this place is ran with and I believe your pet does have to be a patient with to utilize this boarding service- I could be wrong on that last part though). They are great there so I never bothered switching to something closer. Bed and Biscuit requires all main vaccinations as well as flea prevention so I know he won't be picking anything up from his stay. They also offer blankets and relaxing spray for stressed pups. They also provide food free of charge for the duration of stay, but I prefer to bring his own but it's still a nice accommodation! My dog has pretty bad separation anxiety and this place knows just how to handle him- let's just say things didn't go so great for him on the first day! They moved him to a larger kennel space without charging me just he could be more comfortable!!! They also gave him his favorite moderation snack- cheese!! Treats are the way to his heart so it made me happy they did their best to make this a comfortable and pleasant stay for him. Having a dog that doesn't do separation well is pretty difficult to manage at first, but by the end of his stay he was a happy pup and was clearly well taken care of. It's always easy to drop off/ pick up and their rates are really good. My pup has been here twice now and is scheduled to be there again next month. I always worry about the safety of my pup when I'm not around but I can relax when I'm out of town knowing he is well taken care of here.

I was very impressed with the male Doberman who's litter that was due and wanted to purchase a female puppy from that litter. I was asked to put down a deposit down which I did and we agreed on a set price. I then get a call from Bill telling me that he was thinking about keeping the female that I had already put the deposit down. He told me that if I gave an additional $1,500 on top of the already agreed price then he would sell her to me. I originally told him no and would like my deposit back. He then told me that I would lose the deposit, which is basically criminal because he changed the terms that were agreed on and felt he was basically stealing my deposit. I went ahead with the purchase and paid an additional $1500 on top of the original price that we agreed on. At this point I felt I had no choice, he was basically shaking me down for an additional $1500. What makes the whole matter even worse is that the female puppy that I purchased was from an entirely different litter and not from the Male stud that was behind my whole motivation for my purchase. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a breeder. This is 100% a true testimony of what happened. What he did was so disgusting, dishonest, down right criminal and he should be ashamed of himself. I do not take any satisfaction in writing this review, but I feel that I have a duty to let people know of my experience with Bill and Whited K-9 services. Anyone that is thinking of dealing with Bill & Whited K-9 services DO NOT, walk away and find a more reputable and responsible breeder. This post is the absolute truth of what happened and like I stated before I take no satisfaction in writing this review but I feel I have a duty to warn people NOT TO USE THIS BREEDER! When a unexpected health concern arose with one of the dogs, she texted us immediately and administered medication until the problem cleared up. She did all this and more for less than a kennel would have charged for two dogs. We had never used Ronnie before, and we were nervous about leaving the house and dogs to someone we didn't know. She certainly increased our comfort level by taking the time to stop by for a meet and greet before we booked her and then coming over again just before the trip to go over details and to meet the dogs again. Of course, I had such a great experience with Paws N Claws before, so we went back for puppy two. I just got taking a class in October of 2022. They are not closed, they just moved into a new building down the street. The new building is nice, clean, well maintained. Our trainer Shawn was fantastic and very knowledgeable. We will be signing up for therapy dog training with Hollie in January. Can't wait!

My only complaint is that on the website it says the class is limited to 6. That sounded very reasonable but 7 owners and 9 dogs showed up for the first class. They talked two owners into taking two dogs to another class but that still left 5 owners with 7 dogs...it's just a bit too much for the space allowed. I will likely be returning for the second level of agility class when this one is finished next week!
