Then she approaches me, initiates conversation with "Your Late! you know we have a late fee" in a confrontational tone. I asked how much was the fee & she doesn't answer my question but responds with "if I don't like it I should go somewhere else". Based on her passive aggressive behavior, I feared she would take it out on my dog. I eagerly took her invitation & walked out! Clearly this young lady has some serious issues & I will pray for her, allow I will not allow my precious pup to be victim to her irrational behavior & I suggest you think long & hard as to if you want to subject your dog as well. Then I got my Doodle. My doodle was a puppy mill rescue momma and was not used to spaw days. She rolled like a gator while getting a bath. But then she got a bit better. While I've been away taking care of my mom, she got very matted. She fit my dog into her busy schedule, shaved her, trimmed her ears pretty and her tail too. But most importantly, alerted me to the fact she had an ear infection. My boyfriend took her to Pet Guards and they gave him meds that he can't administer on his own. So she offered to help give her meds while I'm away. I cannot tell you how kind and gracious a person Leslie is. And super talented. She's like the dog and cat whisperer!! Take your fur baby to her. I've tried a couple of places here and there and haven't been that impressed. Today I was in the Cuyahoga Falls area, and I desperately needed my goldendoodle to have a bath and a good scrub before a school meeting. I contacted them first thing in the morning when they opened by going in so they could see the dog and I could provide the vaccination records. This way they could see what kind of job it was. She had short hair so not as bad as a long haired dog. I was greeted with a huge smile and welcoming attitude. It was so lovely. They checked the schedule to see if they could possibly fit her in for a bath And Melanie said yeah I think I can fit her in. I'll have her done in an hour and a half. I couldn't believe it. The timing was perfect. Sure enough they called me in an hour and a half. The dog is ready. When I arrived to pick her up, she was happy And the staff member Melanie was again welcoming and full of smiles. It's such a nice way to be greeted. I find nowadays that isn't always the case. They did a great job on the dog. She was well brushed out and looked spotless. Smelled great. I asked Melanie if she Can do hair trimming like she saw on my golden doodle? I asked because it's a fancy cut long on the legs short on the body, a little bit of extra on the muzzle on the topknot. She assured me that she could do that no problem And anytime I needed help to give her a call. I will definitely be giving her a call. The location is great. The accessibility is great. They keep the doors locked and there's a ringer on the front door. It's a great idea because they don't have to have the overhead of a front desk person. Everyone in there is working. You ring the bell and you have to be patient. Wait a minute or two because they might be in the middle of bathing a dog. But when they open that door, the feeling is amazing because they act like you're their main priority and how can they help you? What a lovely business

They give you updates throughout your dogs stay, spend lots of quality time with the dogs, and my dog always comes home tired from all the fun he has had. At the end of the stay, you get a "report card" letting you know how everything went. They also are extremely friendly and do everything to make you comfortable about leaving your fur baby.
