I have had the pleasure of benefiting from not only her pet sitting services but to work along side her at a veterinary hospital and see how much love and dedication goes into what she does. She often does not have much of a social life because the pets ALWAYS come first and she would have it NO other way. She genuinely loves what she does and loves each and every one of the pets she cares for. I have and will continue to recommend her services to anyone in the Frisco/Little Elm area. She's the best!

I had to be at work at three and it was going on 130 and I had yet to hear from her so I just made my way back to her place and when I got there, my dog was just now getting a bath. Her assistant was washing my dog. She wasn't in the room but when she did get back in; she was very rude about me just coming to pick up my dog without her calling and informing me that she was ready. Even after telling her I had to be at work she made it seem as though I should've told her that ahead of time which completely makes no sense because she literally rushed me to get there so why am I waiting two hours? Nor do I have to discuss my plans for the day with her. Ignorant and rude and I usually go to her. She proceeded to leave the room and go smoke a cigarette .I took my dog while she was soaked. Trash attitude. I'll never spend another dollar with her. And her work is very good just sucks how she acts

Honestly I was happy not to do the spring cleanup myself but I'm only rating them three stars because of their customer service. The guy came to clean up my yard and couldn't figure out how to open my gate so he left. I was home the whole time and the lady who answered the phone for the company said he knocked on my door. I disagree but the bottom line is he left! The lady was unapologetic and had a very bad attitude. Bottom line, they did a great job cleaning up the yard. That's all I wanted them for so I guess I shouldn't be really worried about customer service in a company like this. They came in they said they wanted they clean up the yard fast and they left.
