When I brought my dog in I stated exactly what I wanted. Not a full groom but to groom the sanitary areas and to clean the hair between his pads and to check his anal glands. When I picked up my dog hours later the first thing the groomer told me was that she had "cut the quick on one of his nails and that's why he had powder on it". This had never happened in the 30+ years we have owned dogs. He licked and licked that cut quick all evening long. It must have been painful. I paid and tipped the groomer and took my dog home only to find that neither the pads or sanitary areas had been groomed. I paid over $100.00 for nothing. When I contacted them I was told that I could bring my dog back and they'd fix my concerns for free. Why would I bring my dog back to a place that had so little and hurt my dog? I would think a full refund would be in order but that was not offered. I cannot under any circumstances recommend this grooming facility.

Lynda came directly to my residence to ensure the most comfortable environment for my cat. The moment she arrived, I knew we were in the best possible hands. Lynda was gentle, patient and clearly experienced. She took the time to understand my cat's needs, including her health condition, her thin and sensitive skin and she adjusted her approach quickly.
