The employee who helped me purchase paint on a weekend, while very friendly and pleasant, was not as knowledgeable as I would have expected. On a separate visit, I had an interaction with another employee, who - while pleasant - interacted with me, a female customer, completely differently than he did with the male customer he helped directly after me, which is off-putting, to say the least. Additionally, I think some of their merchandise has been on the shelf for awhile, and the quality has been compromised by the time the customer purchases and uses it (this happened to me with a tube of nail hole filler, which was dried out and came out the wrong end when I opened it for the first time). The employee who works the cash register on weekends may need some additional training - she made a mistake with our order, which she had no idea how to fix. It had to be rerung and took a long time to resolve. Overall, I will probably go back for future needs due to the convenience and small nature of the store, but with the expectation that it could be a hit-or-miss experience.

My mom bought Christmas lights here on Dec 17. She opened them and found that they not only didn't work and had clear scuffs on the plug but were also shoved haphazardly into the box. Clearly these were a return which should NEVER have been put back on the shelf by Lowe's. Obviously my mom didn't have time during Christmas to come all the way back to the store -- we brought back Lowe's faulty product they never should have reshelved, on Dec 26, and were told by multiple store associates we simply could not return them. They refused to even give my mom store credit. Yes. You read that correctly. The "ASM" on the radio didn't even come over, just said they couldn't return them. There was clearly a way, since we were told the system wouldn't accept them and the girl helping us didn't know how to fix it; the ASM was just apparently lazy and couldn't be bothered to come help. I'm just completely astounded. Save your money and stay far far away from this irresponsible joke of a store. This is completely unacceptable and just laughably poor service.

All that I wanted was for the store to order another refrigerator and deliver to the store and for them to send a truck with an undamaged refrigerator and pick up the damaged one. Is that too much??
