I kenneled our 3 dogs together for over a week here. We have done this previously without incident…read more When I picked my dogs up last night, one of them was dripping blood from her ear, and she also had gashes on the top of her head and front shoulder. When asked what happened, they said one of our dogs attacked her. The "attack dog in question" is the sweetest pup in the world and has had no issues living harmoniously with the others. She has no wounds or scratches either. You would think that if 2 dogs were fighting, there would be marks on both animals. When prompting for further information, I was given the same story. All attempts of trying to fully understand this situation have been met with deflection and a lack of accountability. On top of the almost $400 boarding bill, we know have a couple hundred dollar vet bill as well. We chose this place to keep our pups safe, and that's just something they couldn't handle. They will no longer be getting our business, and I hope you choose to board your precious pups somewhere else as well.

I brought my 6 year old German Shepherd there, and I was very transparent that she does not like…read morehaving her nails trimmed. I get a call at 11 that she is done and go and pick her up at 12. She brought her out with her feet completely soaked in blood. Quick stop was not stopping the bleeding from her nails and she told me 4 people held her down while she just cut as short as she could with no mind of quicking her. After trying to get the bleeding to stop and failing over and over again,I had to go to the vet next door and use silver nitrate sticks and hydrogen peroxide to stop the bleeding and clean her feet. Every single one of her nails were packed with quick-stop, meaning they cut every single nail too short. My almost brand new car with cloth seats looks like a murder scene. I got ahold of the manager and she told me she could not help me with my car or give me a refund. After being told I need to do better at desensitizing my dog and touch her feet (which I do, she is a rescue and I am able to cut them at home) she said that she is not responsible for my car. She refunded me the tip I gave (because you have to pay before) and the cost of the nail trim. My car will need professional detailing and my dog will never have a good experience with a nail trim ever again. I work in the vet field so I know a few things. Never would I ever hold a dog down and quick every single nail as short as she cut my dogs nails. Never would I send a client home in that state. I am very very angry with no solution made.

Now, whoever is in charge of scheduling should absolutely not be and needs classes in mannerisms and good old fashioned respect. I had an appointment scheduled that the groomer and I scheduled intentionally 5 weeks out so my pup could get a light cleanup and a little more exposure to the groomer to gain trust (groomers idea). The week before my appointment I receive a text stating "you're not due yet so we will find a day and time and reschedule you" ummmm what?! I have already scheduled you when I'm available and it's been scheduled for 4 1/2 weeks. This person refused to keep my appointment stating "we apologize but we are moving to a latchkey system and we won't be in your area until the following week" Well I'm sorry, but I paid $130 for 1 hour of service which included an "out of county fee" I was never told about on a 13 lb dog that didn't even get a bath. So the fact that you are trying to change my appointment that's been scheduled for a month is unacceptable. They didn't ask me if it would be possible to change to the following week, they told me this is what we are doing and we will let you know a new day and time. They never did respond back to me and then yesterday I get a text to confirm my appointment for June 6!! Very VERY unprofessional as far as the business/scheduling goes. Poor customer service which really stinks because I wanted to love this place and the groomer girl was very sweet :-(
