Instead of owning up to their mistake of shaving a breed that can't be shaved (causing irritation already) they lie and deny. The owner is clearly guilty as well and refuses to speak to the dog owners. Not only are they rude but they are appear to not even understand the basics of grooming.

I was in desperate need and could not find boarding that would accept them. The staff and owner took them in and made sure their runs were prepared. My boys also do not like each other so they made sure they were separated. The staff and owner were very patient with both of them and treated them like their own. I will board all my dogs there again, because I trust them. They were knowledgeable about animals and they contacted me when there were concerns. I highly recommend this place and I am forever in gratitude for welcoming my dogs when I needed it the most.

I do NOT recommend this place. New management is awful. Unfriendly, snooty, and overall just bad…read morePR skills . As far as caring for our dogs, we found them to be VERY UNSATISFACTORY. We were recently called and told that our dogs had developed diarrhea while we were away. They told us they would (w/ our permission) give them medication and then agreed to keep us informed as to how they were doing. THEY DIDN'T. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM. When we picked our dogs up the lady checking our dogs out to us was extremely unfriendly and stand-offish and made us wait while they "got our dogs ready", which has NEVER happened before (been using this kennel since 2017). They were extremely sneaky and I was actually asked why I was picking them up early, which I wasn't. JUST A BAD PLACE TO PUT YOUR PETS. I GIVE THIS PLACE A -10

let me start by saying the groomer herself (Stacy) was absolutely awesome!! Kind, patient, very…read moreknowledgeable. Really felt like she took the extra time that my dog needed. Now, whoever is in charge of scheduling should absolutely not be and needs classes in mannerisms and good old fashioned respect. I had an appointment scheduled that the groomer and I scheduled intentionally 5 weeks out so my pup could get a light cleanup and a little more exposure to the groomer to gain trust (groomers idea). The week before my appointment I receive a text stating "you're not due yet so we will find a day and time and reschedule you" ummmm what?! I have already scheduled you when I'm available and it's been scheduled for 4 1/2 weeks. This person refused to keep my appointment stating "we apologize but we are moving to a latchkey system and we won't be in your area until the following week" Well I'm sorry, but I paid $130 for 1 hour of service which included an "out of county fee" I was never told about on a 13 lb dog that didn't even get a bath. So the fact that you are trying to change my appointment that's been scheduled for a month is unacceptable. They didn't ask me if it would be possible to change to the following week, they told me this is what we are doing and we will let you know a new day and time. They never did respond back to me and then yesterday I get a text to confirm my appointment for June 6!! Very VERY unprofessional as far as the business/scheduling goes. Poor customer service which really stinks because I wanted to love this place and the groomer girl was very sweet :-(

She brought her out with her feet completely soaked in blood. Quick stop was not stopping the bleeding from her nails and she told me 4 people held her down while she just cut as short as she could with no mind of quicking her. After trying to get the bleeding to stop and failing over and over again,I had to go to the vet next door and use silver nitrate sticks and hydrogen peroxide to stop the bleeding and clean her feet. Every single one of her nails were packed with quick-stop, meaning they cut every single nail too short. My almost brand new car with cloth seats looks like a murder scene. I got ahold of the manager and she told me she could not help me with my car or give me a refund. After being told I need to do better at desensitizing my dog and touch her feet (which I do, she is a rescue and I am able to cut them at home) she said that she is not responsible for my car. She refunded me the tip I gave (because you have to pay before) and the cost of the nail trim. My car will need professional detailing and my dog will never have a good experience with a nail trim ever again. I work in the vet field so I know a few things. Never would I ever hold a dog down and quick every single nail as short as she cut my dogs nails. Never would I send a client home in that state. I am very very angry with no solution made.
