I ended up corresponding with this store via Facebook and phone, and all of their customer service representatives were extremely helpful. Although they didn't carry the brand I was looking for, they were able to order it for me and have it within the week. They also recommended other brands that may work, and offered for me to return it in case my cat didn't end up liking it. I'm really impressed with this store, and don't think I'll ever stop in a mainstream pet store again! Also, another note, they carry a lot more than just cat food. The store is actually quite big inside, and they have all variety of pet toys and supplies.

I sign her up for daycare too while she boards, along with playtime in the weekends. Patsy stayed six days and made some new friends too. Very happy pup! The Lodge is always super clean and well-organized. Plenty of room for the dogs to run inside, as well as outside, when the weather is warmer. The staff always treats me well too.
