The bananas look great, but the aisles were so cluttered with carts that needed to be stocked on the shelves and the people that picked orders for other customers, they don't get out of your way. If you don't get out of their way, they're gonna run you over. And today I ran across four of them and they didn't even speak English. I thought you were supposed to speak English here in America? If they can't speak English, are they legal. But I just found everything to be so crowded and not necessarily dirty, but there wasn't the sense of urgency to keep it clean and customer friendly. I had zero employees asked me if I needed help as I stood there looking around to find a particular item I needed. They just passed by me. Didn't even look at me. I think the Walmart people, management, need to retrain their associates. Teach him about customer service not just cheap foods and fake meats.

I said well ok but maybe why have an appointment? To this the lady employee became hostile. As I gave her my information to find my appointment she couldn't locate it. I showed her my call phone with the reminder text Walmart sends. At this point she would not care to look and remained hostile towards me. I tried asking her if she could look my appointment up by the number included in the text but yet again her hostile attitude won. At this point her co-worker started apologizing for her behavior and tried to de-escalate the situation. I told him I didn't want to talk to her but she came back after leaving and started interrupting the conversation I had with the other employee. I said I don't want to talk to her and said shut up. At the point I had enough of her and the crappy service and decided to leave. It's just bad enough that I made an appointment as they require only to be told it would be hours before I get service. Then dealing with a messed up employee? She should be let go. Perhaps a recommendation to Walmart, screen your employees for mental health as this one is clearly disconnected from reality.

I went really only for an amazon return drop off as i was in the area and stood in line for what totaled about 20 minutes, most of which was spent as the next person in line with literally no one in front of me or being helped at the desk but with 6 associates standing behind the desk all except for one completely ignoring me and the accumulating people behind me in line which ended up being about 15 people at the end. It's just my interpretation but seemed like these women were all ignoring me deliberately except for one nice lady who was clearly busy and acknowledged me twice to apologize and even asked her manager to help me but the manager decided not to i guess as she just looked at me and said/did nothing. I finally spoke up and said, I'm sorry but will there be someone available to help me? SIX of these women all then Yelled at me, all in unison as if I'm was crazy to even say anything. They Yelled at me. So i yelled back and told them they don't need to all yell at me as I'm just asking for help. Then a random guy behind me took it upon himself to jump on this opportunity to berate me and call me names including the C word as though I'm somehow being difficult by asking for service.
