She was kind and informative and asked me if I needed help as soon as she saw me. There was also a gentleman that greeted us when we first went into the store. He was very kind and very friendly as well and I later found out that he is the owner. It was so nice to see an owner on the floor interacting with customers. I can't say enough nice things about the staff and the store. The fish seemed very healthy and very active, and the tanks were exceptionally clean. Before today, I wasn't even aware that this store was here and I am so thankful that they are and I will definitely be shopping here in the future.

Skylynn was the cashier that I had and she was so professional, friendly, courteous & right on top of things with my purchase. Was a pleasant visit I had today and she was so efficient with my order and coupons that the this was the first time in10 years that I did not have to question my receipt A big shout of to Skylynn and I sure hope the next time I go into this store she is my cashier again.

I was there today and bought 34 cans of Fancy Feast, 1 bag Purina cat food, and 1 bag Tiki dry cat…read morefood. There was a long line at the register when I got there and when it was my turn, the cashier rang up my items sooooooo fast I couldn't even see what he was doing. I thought while he was ringing up my items that he may have made a mistake with the individual cat food, but since there was a long line behind me, I decided to wait to check my receipt. I did check my receipt and sure enough, he overcharged me for 4 cans of Fancy Feast. Each can is almost $1.00. So, I went back to the store and the male cashier was gone by this time and I brought all of the cans of Fancy Feast plus my receipt to another cashier. I told her that I thought there was an error and that I had been overcharged for 4 cans. She looked at me and started comparing each and every can to the receipt, taking an infinite amount of time doing it. I told her I was in a hurry and if she could just refund me for the 4 cans I did not buy. At the bottom of the receipt was the total amount and I had counted each can before coming back to the store. Anyway, long story short (this is turning into a novel...) she was very rude to me and argumentative, telling me to be "patient" while she went through each and every can one by one. I told her I could not wait and that now I just wanted a refund for ALL the cans. She saw the long line of customers and basically said, "I'm not going to do this with you and I'll call the manager to help you." She then went to another register to help someone else and left me standing there with 34 cans of Fancy Feast. She finally called a manager (she didn't do it right away, by the way...) and when the manager came over, she did exactly the same thing--looking at the receipt and then at my cans. I said, "Why is this taking so long--now I just want a refund!" She was deliberately being slow and I could see that both of these female employees were not nice and trying to deliberately take their sweet old time NOT helping me whatsoever. I WILL NEVER, EVER GO TO THIS PETCO IN BROOKSVILLE AGAIN. This is now the 3rd incident at this store and enough is enough. :( :( :(

They also offer special occasion treats that are absolutely adorable and shaped like donuts, cakes and cookies. They even offer birthday boxes that have Mac and cheese! All healthy for your dogs! We needed a good harness for our mini doxie who just had leg surgery. We asked where the harness…read moresection was and were told, back wall. There were 2 blonde women working. Instead of assisting us, she and her coworker spent time cleaning up around the birds. (It should have only taken ONE person) We had difficulty finding the correct size and needed help. But the 2 associates kept sweeping, talking and laughing together. When we finally found a harness, we took it to the register. Finally one woman came up. We asked if she could help us making sure the harness was correct. She helped, rang us up and that was that. No thank you. I don't think I will be going back, unless it's to get my money back if the harness doesn't work. It was expensive! PET SUPERMARKET...DO BETTER! Especially since we were the only customers in the store! Yes the store was clean, the shelves full, bright colorful toys.

Imagine our disappointment when we arrived home to see her shot records only included shots from when she was 1 months old! No rabies shots ever, which is illegal in FL! I reached out to the owner who also stated she had never given her heart worm medication either! I also sent her a picture of Bellas teeth which were in terrible shape. So basically they just bred her and made money off her and then sold her. The owner did agree to pay me for vaccinations and testing (thank goodness she was negative for heart worms). She did pay some after various excuses but missed (again) a promised payment. Please don't buy a puppy from Tiny Puppies World.
