Also Anna did the scheduling and knew the tumor was on her stomach for about a year. In the process of paying for my Siamese cat I only had a balance of $150. The Siamese cat had all its teeth removed. Anna could have scheduled to have my dog's tumor removed much sooner but it's all about money. She knew I was making the payments every month. It's all about money and no compassion and now my Yorkie is deceased. Dr elliot and Anna never acknowledged or called to ask what happened to my yorkie. She died the first week of march. Neither the veterinarian, Dr elliot, or Anna called to mention my dogs passing. They could have scheduled her surgery earlier. He didn't wanna do blood work. There was no compassion and it was very sad. If I had known how it would have turned out I would have never went to him. My dog had a tumor on her stomach and I asked to do surgery early and he said no. I had a bill for a cat that I paid $1,800. I kept telling them the dogs tumor was getting bigger and should have been removed. I asked and waited for the dog's tumor to be removed and he said no. Recently my dog died because the surgery wasn't scheduled early enough. It was unprofessional that after the dog died, He had no compassion at all and to me it was just about money. My dog died cause I was waiting for Dr elliot to decide on removing the tumor. She was a Yorkie and a sweetie. I was also paying monthly for my cat's bill. I had paid up till a balance of $150 with interest left, then they decide to do the surgery but it was too late. The tumor was on my dog for a year and was growing, then he decided to remove it. It wasn't professional or compassionate. The appointment was made but my Yorkie passed away before the scheduled procedure. The sad thing is her sister being 3 months difference. Her sister Yorkie after 11 years Is looking for her. If your looking for a vet that has compassion and not worried about money, i would advise for you to find another vet. No words can describe the loss and grieving over my dog. It's like my dog was not important enough to him to take his time to help her. If it was his dog it would have been well taken care of. He had no compassion or love. All animals should be loved.

I appreciated that they took Longer to comb out all of Rylie's mats instead of just shaving her like every other place does. They also showed me the proper way to comb her out and some grooming tips. I want to start by saying I have three dogs. Only one was getting groomed today but I was very…read moreanxious as Willow (our pup) is very anxious and nervous around new people and knew I wanted a mobile groomer just in case I needed to pop out for any reason. Fredy was absolute incredible!! He arrived a bit early for our 10:50am appointment and greeted all three of our pups. Like I mentioned, the pup who got groomed today can be very anxious around new people but she took to Fredy so quickly. He got down to her level, was giving her compliments, and when it was time to be groomed, she went right with him with no issues! It truly comforted me knowing Willow was in good hands. At the end of the grooming, Fredy brought Willow back up to the house and she was looking as beautiful as ever! She smelled amazing, looked very clean and had the cutest bandana ever on her. I cannot recommend Fredy and his business enough. If you want someone who loves and cares for your dog as much as you do, and who will treat your dog as his own, book with him as soon as possible!!!
