My little guy was great during the wash. After I tried to take him around the store but he was being bratty. I had to clean a few of his messes. At that point I just brought him home instead of getting a treat. The service was great. They showed me how to use the tub and they had doggie soap for washing. They also supplied dry towels. They have a dryer, I've never tried one with my little guy so I didn't bother to use it. It made it much easier than washing him at home.

We needed a good harness for our mini doxie who just had leg surgery. We asked where the harness…read moresection was and were told, back wall. There were 2 blonde women working. Instead of assisting us, she and her coworker spent time cleaning up around the birds. (It should have only taken ONE person) We had difficulty finding the correct size and needed help. But the 2 associates kept sweeping, talking and laughing together. When we finally found a harness, we took it to the register. Finally one woman came up. We asked if she could help us making sure the harness was correct. She helped, rang us up and that was that. No thank you. I don't think I will be going back, unless it's to get my money back if the harness doesn't work. It was expensive! PET SUPERMARKET...DO BETTER!
