We recently went here to pick up Mocha's food since it is 10% more off every Fri through Sun in October. Also every Tuesday is Trim Tuesday. They trim your pet's nails for $5. Check out their cute cat which walks around with fancy hair cuts. That's because there is also an in-house groomer. Her name is Duncan and she is so sweet!

Pet parents know, their pet's poop can be an issue as they get older just like us. I received really great customer service here and also great recommendations. I always get great customer service through check out, but this one was for this specific issue. I decided to buy Tomlyn's paste for pets bc of the recommendation provided. They went above and beyond bc they gave me a rec for least expensive through most expensive and what customers were using and happy with. This one helped Mocha in two and half days. I was really impressed. I saved a lot of money too bc everyone knows how much the vet costs. I also read reviews and it said it may get worse before it got better, & it did exactly that. I know what to expect now and it works. So if your pet is having poop issues, I used pumpkin and Tomlyn. It worked. I was so stressed about this issue too. It helped so much. I'll use it again.

My little guy was great during the wash. After I tried to take him around the store but he was being bratty. I had to clean a few of his messes. At that point I just brought him home instead of getting a treat. The service was great. They showed me how to use the tub and they had doggie soap for washing. They also supplied dry towels. They have a dryer, I've never tried one with my little guy so I didn't bother to use it. It made it much easier than washing him at home.

And the manager is the nicest Pet store manager I have ever dealt with. When I got out of high school I worked at a pet shop for two years, so I know it is a high demand, and very low pay job. So the majority of people that work there, is usually a labor of love. I have seen some customers get frustrated with some of the staff. And I could see that they,(the customer) was just unaware of the fact that the staff is always super busy trying to help someone, and then help the next one. They are doing their best under increasingly busier and busier Conditions. But every worker that has ever helped me was polite, and not only did their job. But did everything they to could help me. And answer my questions. I mostly go for live crickets. That are usually delivered on Tuesday. And they usually run out between Thursday and Saturday before the next delivery. But I've been there for everything from aquarium supplies for my fish, items for my chickens, and items for my cat. They have a very good selection. And good variety. Better than most pet stores, that only carry cat and dog food.
