They did not inform me upon pick up and looking back seemed to cover it up because they took my dogs harness and went back and put it on him to cover up the 1 inch cut. I always get great customer service through check out, but this one was for this specific issue. I decided to buy Tomlyn's paste for pets bc of the recommendation provided. They went above and beyond bc they gave me a rec for least expensive through most expensive and what customers were using and happy with. This one helped Mocha in two and half days. I was really impressed. I saved a lot of money too bc everyone knows how much the vet costs. I also read reviews and it said it may get worse before it got better, & it did exactly that. I know what to expect now and it works. So if your pet is having poop issues, I used pumpkin and Tomlyn. It worked. I was so stressed about this issue too. It helped so much. I'll use it again.

After the second training we realized he was training our dog very basic commands that our dog already had mastered but he assured me it was part of "the process". He than tried to train my dog how to be a service dog which again is not what we asked for but he ignore us and kept teaching him how to sit, stay, down, etc. The guy makes very inappropriate comments about how he was a lady man when younger and lacks basic professionalism. Don states that most of his training programs last about 6 sessions but that he will continue until the dog is where we want him. It was like pulling teeth to get him to stick to appointments he rescheduled multiple times. Lastly we paid $600 upfront and only did 5 trainings my dog is the same as he was before meeting DON and now after many calls, text, emails, facebook messages etc Don is no where to be found. After looking are real reviews it seems like I am not the only person DON'S DOGs has scammed! There is a reason why he is banned from some of the local malls. Avoid this guy.
