She slices the cake in half lengthwise and spreads real custard over the bottom half and puts the top on! It's like a donut custard sandwich!! The glazed donut was good too. Fresh fried, not greasy. I asked what flavor the black and white cupcakes were. She said a marble cake with custard - which sounded interesting. Like real moist or something. I was shocked when I cut it in half! Think about the process she did to make these! You aren't finding cupcakes like these at a grocery store! They tasted even better than they looked!
